It’s a shame, because the poor customer service completely ruined an otherwise good stay.

I honestly didn’t want to leave a negative review, because the stay itself was perfectly fine and we were generally happy with the hotel. However, for over a month now, we have been trying to obtain VAT invoices for the stay of seven people, and the whole situation has become extremely frustrating.

Communication with the hotel is very difficult. Instead of helping resolve the issue, we keep being redirected, ignored, or given vague answers with no actual solution. Even Booking.com has already intervened on our behalf, yet the hotel still seems to completely disregard the matter.

For a business trip, proper invoices are not an optional extra, they are essential accounting documents. The fact that after more than a month we are still unable to receive them is simply unacceptable.

Pros:

Frühstücksbuffett war 11/10. Sauberkeit des Zimmers einfach Top, dicke weiche Handtücher, mit Elisabeth Line direkt von Heathrow nach Farrigdon. Kostenfreie Pflegeprodukte. Zimmergrösse perfekt

Cons:

Punkt Abzug Kopfkissen einfach zu dick. Nur engl TV Kanäle, Schade: kein Sat TV, wenig Wasserdruck in der Dusche!! Haarewaschen dauert ewig.

Perfect hotel voor een paar dagen Londen. Prijs kwaliteit was zeer goed. Kamers zijn klein, maar schoon en hebben goede bedden. Het ontbijt was zeer goed en aanrader om er bij te pakken. Het sfeertje in het hotel was ook leuk! Ik zou er zo terug gaan!
