I would come back, but avoid staying in the basement rooms next time.

De locatie is super goed vlakbij Saint Pancras (eurostar).

Cons:

De kamer is zeer klein. Je kan je koffer nergens kwijt, er zijn nauwelijks haakjes om je kleding aan te hangen. Het bed staat tegen de muur. De badkamer is eigenlijk een wc + douche. De airco is zeer lawaaierig. Het licht in de "badkamer" ging niet uit. De persoon die 's nachts achter het onthaal staat is heel vriendelijk maar weet ook niet hoe hij kan helpen.
Het geheel voelt benauwd, claustrofobisch aan. Er is geen lounge in het hotel. De ontbijtruimte in de kelder is benauwd. Ontbijten kun je beter elders.
De prijs die wij betaald hebben (meer dan 600 eu voor 2 nachten) is veel te hoog voor het geboden comfort.

Cons:

We had an underground room with no windows. Not for the claustrophobic. Wouldn't choose that again, however the room was comparatively inexpensive so you get what you pay for.

Will never stay again.
Pros:

The only good thing was helpful staff and the location near the station

Cons:

The size of the room was tiny, like a matchbox. The bathroom so small that you can’t even dry yourself without opening the door. There’s something wrong with the light system, the lights will go off when taking shower or it is impossible to switch it off in the bathroom at night. But the worst thing is the bed very uncomfortable with old lumpy pillows. It was also noisy so I didn’t get a good sleep.
