Excellent staff. Central location.
Pros:

Location less than 5 minutes walk from King’s Cross station.
Room small (compact single) but exceptionally clean and comfortable.
Secure attended 24 entry which is important in this central location.

Cons:

Air con no controllable from room, with the room being very hot. Open window meant street noise.

The single room was tiny. No surface to put things and not chair or bin in the room l, so felt very cramped and was tripping over my own stuff.

Basically ok, just for a night or two if you are always away and only get back for night
Pros:

Nice deluxe rooms although one window is not able to be secured after closing.
Nice water pressure. Comfy beds.
Samsung TV with all possible app accounts with many movies.

Cons:

The corridor's rug should be changed immediately as it looks really bad.
Breakfast is ok I mean it is sufficient but it is a little bit small area and not many choices.
I asked for an extra duvet for one room as I had 2 guests whowere not couple in one bed. The hotel has no extra duvets which nowadays is a little bit odd.

Vi hyggede. Der var meget lidt plads på værelset. Vinduet sad meget højt.
Pros:

Personalet i receptionen meget hjælpsomme.
Sengen god. Badeværelset fungerede fint. Det var beregnet til kørestolsbruger.
Beliggenheden god i forhold til St Pancreas. Stationen og tog til bl.a. Bruxelles.

Cons:

Hotellet var beskrevet som 4 stjernet.

Vi boede i ca 10 m2 - troede vi skulle bo i 13 m2, men så var værelset i kælder med trapper og uden lift.
Ingen kaffe/the faciliteter.
Vi betalte 4.800 kr for 2 nætter

Fab little crash spot
Pros:

Location was ideal, staff were attentive and helpful, super responsive when contacted, bed was snug and comfy. Bottles of water were provided in the room. Chef made breakfast fresh to order. Staff carried luggage to the room for me.

Cons:

Narrow stairs and no lift. No tea making facilities or hairdryer in the room. Very limited breakfast options

Great location for travel from St Pancras Station. Easy check in & check out. Clean

Cons:

Only a small window high up so little or no natural light even though we had paid a bit extra for room with a window! Bit scuffed in places even though we had to pay £25 deposit for any potential damage
