Voor een zakelijke reis is dit hotel prima. De kamer was niet groot maar voor 1 persoon prima. Het bed is ingeklemd tegen het raam en muur. Voor 1 persoon geen probleem, voor twee personen vind ik het bed niet handig geplaatst.

Mijn collega kreeg eenzelfde kamer in de kelder maar kreeg zonder problemen een andere kamer toen hij hier om vroeg.

Het ontbijt was niet erg uitgebreid maar wel voldoende.

Quasi niente

Cons:

La stanza era minuscola: il letto da uno dei due lati lunghi era attaccato alla parete sotto alla finestra e tra la fine del letto e l’altra parete c erano si è no 30cm. Non c’era nemmeno lo spazio per aprire un trolley (se non a terra dietro alla porta, per cui poi la porta non si apriva più).
Il bagno angusto, lavandino minuscolo (a lavarsi i denti con attenzione acqua in tutto il bagno).
Per non parlare della colazione: nel seminterrato in uno stanzino minuscolo, 4 tavolini alti da 2 posti. Sul bancone il quasi nulla cosmico (3 marmellatine, 2 jogurt e 2 mini briosche asciutte). Dietro il bancone il tipo che ti friggeva (leggi: sbrucciachiava) le uova, naturalmente impestando tutta la stanza (quindi pure abiti, capelli etc).
Ordinato un cappuccino; ce l’ha portato in una tazza rotta e attaccata in più punti.
Tutto questo in un 4 stelle è inammissibile
E per finire, il prezzo: assolutamente esagerato per un (dis)servizio simile. È un 4 stelle solo sulla carta. Sconsigliatissimo!

Not the best
Pros:

The man who booked us in was very pleasant. Close to kings cross train station. Had working aircon

Cons:

The carpets are stained and dirty. The walls in the bedroom were dirty and scuffed. There was black pubes in our bedding. The room was absolutely tiny, and we had been upgraded to a "delux" room, I dread to think what a standard room looks like. The cleaners began at 7am meaning you also had to be up at 7am and they weren't quiet. 2/5*.

Close to the station. Friendly staff. Clean. Different size rooms available.

Cons:

If we’re being fussy: Info needed in the room re how to work the air con (luckily worked it out as room was very hot) and TV. Marks on wall. Perhaps add a rail to hand clothes up. Having to pay a deposit (even though refundable).
