Unable to comment much further as myself and my son didn’t check in until 23.45, it was a brief stay
Pros:

Location was ideal for the train station as we travelled to Edgbaston for the cricket.

Very enjoyable.
Pros:

The friendliness of the staff, facilities were great, the hotel was nice and clean, ideally located.

Cons:

What was so disappointing was the metal cups for hot drinks, I am amazed that the health and safety team did not pick this up. The cups were so hotel to take a drink from, they nearly burned my lips and the handle was too hot to hold. Why were there no non-metallic cups. This let the hotel down very badly.
