Friendly staff who were very helpful
Staff was very welcoming, and helpful. The room was very spacious, modern and full of amenities. Breakfast and dinner at the restaurant were awesome too
We were booked on bed and breakfast basis. On the last day, we needed to leave the hotel at 06:15 am due to a very early flight, but unfortunately no packed lunch was given.

Bar and restaurant staff were very slow (10 minutes to make 2 drinks), not friendly and the selection of drinks was very poor.
Great location. Very close to the railway station. Easy walking distance into town. Loved the room decor showcasing the motor manufacturing history of Coventry.
