Great staff good rooms but the gym was outdated and the restaurant selection was limited
Pros:

Staff were amazing and very approachable

Cons:

The price was too expensive for what the hotel offered. Gym was beyond basic and location was not the best in London.

Simply outstanding – an exceptional luxury hotel
Pros:

Everything was exceptional. We were kindly upgraded from a Courtyard Studio to a Corner Park Suite, which was a wonderful surprise. The suite was beautiful, spacious and perfect for our family. The handwritten welcome note, champagne, complimentary minibar and outstanding service from every member of staff made us feel genuinely valued. This was one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had

The value for money was not met here, and I arrived with high expectations
Pros:

I would like to commend the service team, as all of my requests were handled promptly and efficiently. Location of the hotel is great too.

Cons:

Room 4009 – in appearance, it was very similar to an apartment or a small, average-looking flat that could be rented for a much lower price. Additionally, the room faced directly onto the neighboring building/windows and the balconies of the sister hotel’s rooms, and it had no natural daylight. I had to keep the curtains drawn for privacy, so I spent my entire stay in a rather dark room. The pool in the wellness area was too cold. Before bedtime – in the evening – the room was not 'bedtime prepared' as it typically is in hotels of this category

Pros:

Emplacement très central, on peut faire beaucoup à pieds.
Entrée de l’hôtel très discrète.
Suites de grande taille, superbement décorées, très confortables. Les « Park view » sont les meilleures bien sûr, vues dégagées sur Hyde Park (autrement c’est vue sur la cour que l’hôtel partage avec son voisin le Berkeley, dommage).
Service très pro, on est immédiatement très bien accueilli.
Piscine en sous sol merveilleuse, véritable havre de paix.
Bons petits déjeuners servis au restaurant ABC Kitchen.
Un des points fort de l’hôtel est son rooftop bar, superbe vue de nuit. Pourquoi ne pas y servir également le petit déjeuner, pour profiter de la vue le matin, et des grandes baies vitrées escamotables ?
Certainement un des meilleurs hôtels de Londres.
