Excellent all round.
Pros:

Very clean, good breakfast, and the location was excellent.

Parking accross the road was convenient and only £5.00 for the evening if you validate your car at reception.

Cons:

No issues.

Pros:

Everywhere was lovely and clean,the room catered for every need, breakfast very good,and the staff amazing

Cons:

Did not like having to pay £3for a cup of mint tea ,which was one tea bag ,at the afternoon or evening when it was free at breakfast

Not a nice stay 😕
Pros:

No decent breakfast
No hot water for tea
Had to wait 20 minutes for food to come out nobody was checking food levels
Air con was freezing both in lobby and in rooms

Pros:

Enjoyed the food, especially the new yoghurt breakfast that was made on site that day

Cons:

The pillows were way way too soft and didn't find the second lot of towels till the next day as they were in the cupboard. I've worked in hotels doing rooms before. They all should be underneath the sink where the shelf is where all the towels can be seen apart from that everything else was good

Fantastic and friendly
Pros:

Very stylish, clean and Staff were so kind and friendly, they actually appeared happy which was refreshing. Gym on site was a great bonus.

Cons:

Breakfast wasn’t best. But this is my opinion. I’d prefer better sausages and real scrambled eggs.

An unexpected short stay in a high quality / high value hotel.
Pros:

Everything worked in the room, fittings were all to a high standard, with all of our needs met.

The decor was refreshingly individual. The whole hotel smelled clean and fresh. The staff were all lovely - very positive.

We booked at short notice as our original hotel had no aircon and it was well over 30°C. Hampton to the rescue!

Cons:

My only minor negative is that the pillows weren't very supportive. But that's a personal preference.

Cons:

TV System went down and had no TV,s working in entire hotel, not good when England game was on in the world cup!
plus no offer of anything for this which was very disappointing
