I like the decor and layout of hotel, I like the staff, and the flowers surrounding the hotel was beautiful.
The coffee machine was nice and fresh juice in the morning. Great sized cups in bedroom.
The bathroom door was a extremely stiff sliding door. I have very poor grip in one hand but even my partner agree it was very stiff I had to go to the loo unable to shut it. Remote didn't work upon arrival but it was sorted instantly .
I didn't like that everywhere advertised strawberry waffles for breakfast but there wasn't a strawberry in sight disappointed me. Cooked breakfast needs huge improvement minus the sausages they was good
Very clean hotel as was the room.
The dinner was far from advertised. I had fish and chips for £14 which contained 2 fish goujons and a small basket of fish. The goujons were dry and flavourless.

We’ve stayed here on a number of previous occasions and are never disappointed. It is remarkable value for money. The staff are very welcoming and the facilities offer all that you need. The location can’t be beaten- bang in the middle of town.
Staff extremely friendly and professional, room was excellent and the air conditioning was a welcome relief after travelling all day.
Room set up was very clean and refreshing.

The property itself was so fresh and inviting with great facilities. The location was perfect with a good selection of food and goods nearby. The staff were polite and very helpful. The breakfast that was included in the booking was really good too.
There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

The room is really comfortable. Bed linen and pillows are excellent. I appreciate the bath sheet too.
The fridge is a bonus.
The shower is big and easy to use. There’s a very good mirror in the bathroom.
The breakfast is fine just not great…no fruit salad especially this time of year when fruit is cheap. Patisserie was much better this time though.

I had to leave very early so I missed breakfast but I had complimentary hot and cold drinks. The staff were ALL exceptional as was the room itself. The nicest hotel room I have ever stayed in. Huge bed, huge walk-in shower, huge TV with plenty of channels, sofa, fridge, tea and coffee making facilities, shampoo, soap, and conditioner. Air conditioning and hanging space. Immaculately clean and comfortable. For £83 on a Friday I thought it was exceptionally good value. And nice view of the countryside. I don’t normally write reviews for hotels but felt compelled to. I would definitely come back for a weekend trip again. My ONE AND ONLY complaint was a VERY restrictive food menu and so I would not eat dinner there again but Wouk find a restaurant near by, but other than that a wonderful and memorable experience. Thank you to all the lovely staff
