Pros:

Great style. Rooms were brand newish, clean and tidy. Right size for overnight stay. Breakfast was original (including self made waffles)

I arrived to stay, was told i could get a refund as this stay was incorrectly booked by booking.com an i had to therefore stay, receptionist called dembela told me i would receive a refund an go home..imagine reaching home an finding out no refund..disgusted as i always use booking.com even tonight many days later. Never again

We had a very good stay overall and Carine and Ollie are exceptionally good, made us feel valued.
Pros:

Breakfast was very good and plenty of choice 😋

Cons:

The evening menu we felt could have been a bit better we chicken cougons and chips a little bit of salad would have made it more appealing.

Short and sweet with great location in town centre
Pros:

Hotel was clean and staff on desk were nice.

Cons:

Our bathroom looked clean but had strong smell of urine. A Cleaning staff member was rude in elevator, woman had her phone on high noise watching something and stood in the middle in our way with our bags. I push in after she didn't move from the middle of the elevator and saying excuse me. Other than my wife it was just use so had she politely moved it would not have been a problem.
