Great food, loved the breakfast, great staff
Staff were excellent, polite, friendly and efficient. Room was superb and bar and restaurant were excellent. My evening meal was beautiful and the full English breakfast was the best I’ve had this year. Breakfast staff were particularly helpful and could not do enough, I would highly recommend this hotel.

This is my go-to hotel in the Biggin Hill/Westerham area. Everything is top-notch: the staff, the rooms, the bar/restaurant, location. Clean, quiet, professional. Highly recommended.

Bed was comfy
Welcome not great. Accessible room that I didn’t want - nowhere to place amenities, shower curtain dirty / mouldy, and one of the grab rails were badly corroded so couldn’t be cleaned. Shower wasn’t hot enough and couldn’t stand under the shower because of the size of the folded seat.
Dinner order was accidentally cancelled and cooked breakfast was under cooked - still frozen in the middle. Not once was any apology and was not asked about my stay on checkout.
The continental breakfast was just what we would have chosen to eat. The location was really accesible for us, being only three miles from family who live in Westerham. The hotel feels luxurious and is really quiet. Also, a lovely place to observe the comings and goings of Biggin Hill Airport.

Basically everything was fine, very little in the way of restaurants or pub within walking distance, so need a car.
Ultra modern hotel with extremely comfortable, good-size rooms. Nice large bathroom and shower. Everything is designed for quiet since a large proportion of the guests are visiting pilots. The bar & restaurant is a very nice place to meet.
We came to England to visit family who lived in Biggin Hill. The Landing was a prefect location. Almost brand new hotel, with modern accommodations. Breakfast and dinner available, which was a nice bonus. The staff were all very pleasant and accommodating. The Landing was also a great location to start our daily excursions around the countryside. Although right at the Biggin Hill airport, the hotel is very quiet! Seeing an occasional Spitfire takeoff and land was another nice bonus! I highly recommend this hotel!

Not sure how they are a 4star. It’s ok, but nothing special for the price. Rooms are fairly basic. Nothing fancy or above normal. Only good thing was the reclining chair. Desk top electrics didn’t work. So I could only use my laptop until the battery ran out. I had to charge it at the bedside plug, which was no good for working. Fridge did not work.
Restaurant food again was ok but not value for money. Lack of choice and small portions. Breakfast was a shambles as the staff did not know who had ordered what. Overall very poor service. Again, not value for money and lacking choice. Self service coffee machine was crap. Tasted awful and was only luke warm.
Front of house staff were good. Everything else was 2/3 star.
