Great location for the airport.
The breakfast was fine. The rooms are nice. Love the themed carpets and decor. The location is fascinating, given the history of Biggin Hill, and it was great to watch the planes. However the staff are above and beyond. My husband was poorly and a member of staff offered to take me to the supermarket to get meds. Absolutely fantastic.
Food was fine but no more than that.
The location was ideal for us visiting family in Biggin Hill.
We were very disappointed with the EV chargers. We rang the hotel in advance and were told that they had high speed chargers on site. In reality, only 2 of the at least 4 were actually working and they are very slow, even slower than our home charger. We have a small battery, yet the charger would have taken more than 10hrs to complete a less than 50% charge. They are not really fit for purpose! Had we known, we would have gone to a fast charger elsewhere before checking in.

The location was perfect for a business meeting, despite being much pricier than some hotels and accommodation nearby. The hotel and rooms were immaculate, staff helpful and check-in / out all very straightforward.
The price of the hotel was definitely off-putting, and may result in me seeking an alternative for my next visit. I chose this hotel for three main reasons, its location, on site restaurant and EV chargers at the front of the hotel. Frustratingly, as I arrived there was only one EV charge point which was working.
I was very underwhelmed by the food in the restaurant too, it was extremely expensive and very average. Bar staff and waiting staff were excellent.

Issues with water supply but did not cause too much of a problem.

Best bit was staff Olivia was wonderful and massively helped us out when our taxi let us down she is incredible amazing service
