The property itself was beautiful and the staff were exceptionally kind and helping . Our room was spacious and very clean . I was overall impressed and would certainly return here on my next visit to Wales .
There was a small problem that was immediately rectified by the staff. Lovely building with free access to guests even if you're staying in the side apartments.

Pretty property in nice location
No lift, no AC and room was sweltering because drapes had been left open all day. Dirty wine glass in room when we checked in. WiFi barely worked at all.
