The hotel is in an excellent location in Ebrington which was refurbished when Derry was City of Culture. It is surrounded by cafes, restaurants and bars and the city centre is a short walk away across the pedestrian Peace Bridge. Check in was efficient and courteous. Our rooms was clean and comfortable.
We found the decor rather dark and, while everything was satisfactory, we felt that it was not of the quality which the price suggested.

Excellent breakfast selection and staff were extremely efficient. Location to all the city sights and amenities was very good.
Clean, calm atmosphere. Rooms were fab. Massage at the spa was unreal
Great location and super views from veranda but room view was facing car park which was disappointing
We booked a fully accessible disabled room but we were given a triple room which did not have an accessible shower. We are tired of having to call the hotel beforehand as we no longer trust Booking.com to make sure room was fully wheelchair accessible. We should have done so yet again.

The shower didn't work, water stayed on very hot and couldn't be changed. Reported to front desk. £6 charge for hotel residents to park their car. Not acceptable.

excellent stay everyone was so friendly and helpful food was amazing room and shower was spotless and spa was an added bonus also so central just right on the peace bridge and only ten minute walk to the train station would defo come again
just our view we were at the back next time will ask for a view of the river

Tutto perfetto, la spa a mio avviso un pochino piccola ma forse in Italia siamo abituati ad altri livelli. Ma se volete passare una serata in questo paesino, questa struttura è davvero ottima. Il ristorante e la colazione superlativi, parcheggio per 6 sterline vicinissimo. Davvero spettacolare, inoltre era il nostro anniversario e ci han fatto trovare una sorpresa in camera. Carinissimi
Central, but quiet, and "tucked away", and with good parking. Staff were fantastic. So professional and friendly and helpful. Def an hotel to return to.
