Everything basically. Ladies that does the treatments are amazing makes you so comfortable and relaxed 😌 highly recommend to friends and family. My 2nd time and it definitely be my get go again to unwind 😃

Ebrington is perfect! We stopped here on our road trip around Northern Ireland and it for sure and by far was the best hotel during our time in the country. Here’s why:
Amazing service and staff - from the moment you arrive at reception till you leave. Everyone is super nice and even gives that bit extra that makes the difference.
Atmosphere and design - we simply loved the hotel itself, corridors, facilities etc
Rooms - great with everything you need!
Wellness- nothing better than spending time in the pool or two saunas after a cold windy day
Gym - spacious, excellent
Restaurant - whether an amazing tasty dinner or great breakfast, 10 points!
Location - cross the bridge and you are in city center!
Parking - 6 GBP a day
PS- first hotel with clear instructions in the shower (see picture), loved it!!!❤️😆😆💙

The staff were lovely throughout our stay, and the concierge was especially friendly and welcoming. The hotel is in a great location and has a modern feel.
I was disappointed with the condition of the room. There were dirty marks on the floor under the table and beside the bed, and there were paint chips and marks on the walls throughout the room. For a relatively new hotel and considering the price we paid, I expected the room to be presented to a much higher standard.

The nicest staff I have encountered in a long time. High standard of decor and good location to explore Derry
Staff were extremely friendly. The people at reception in particular; a big thank you for sorting out our wet clothes!
The room itself was comfortable and the view is lovely.
The thermal spa area was incredibly small and overcrowded. We also had to walk by wedding guests in our robes to get to the spa area which was a bit weird but no one’s fault, just a bad layout decision when they built the hotel.
The spa area was also the only time we couldn’t have describe a staff member as warm. They were quite abrupt when we entered, and answered a polite “would you like is to write down the time now that we are leaving” question with “aye” without even looking up at us when leaving.
The breakfast was extremely poor. Very limited menu to order from and the buffet would be comparable to what you would get in a budget hotel, or a deli in a shop.
There was no extractor fan in our bathroom which we thought was really odd.
