Need better pillows more tea an coffee etc an towels we were given 1 bath towel an 1 hand towel for 2 of us on website there was supposed to be toiletries an things an there was supposed to be a bar an that so do need to update there site x

Disgusting.
Pros:

Close by the beach and restaurant.

Cons:

The place was very dirty, room had dampness. Beds were so uncomfortable, bed sheets were stained, was no room service for clean bedding the whole time we stayed which was a 4 night stay. No hot water, room was very cold. My 2 children come out with red spots on there faces which im assuming was bites. Full of moths and spiders crawling on the bed. People above us were noisy and heard everything that was going on. No help offered when needed. Traveled 2 flights of stairs for our room with a baby and 3 children, lift was not working and there was no facilities that were advertised, no shampoo or body wash in the room, we weren't allowed to use the pool room as they stated it was private. Place smelt foisty. False advertisement. Definitely won't be returning. Very pricey for the state of the place.

Nice stay for the price would definitely use again if fix the few items.
Pros:

Was a nice property and very spacious even the rooms and was very quiet at Nights. Staff was very kind and helpful also always on hand.

Cons:

Light shade was damaged and dusty, cladding on bathroom wall was missing and some hanging off. No window handle so couldn’t close window at night. Also the automatic door release was broken on fire door for the room as it supposed to shut itself. Pool table etc wasn’t in use as they stated they had a break in but nothing seemed to be damaged.
