Very stylish boutique hotel in a great location. The rooms are very clean, beds are comfortable and it’s quiet. Loved the styling and design of the whole hotel. Breakfast was fabulous too

Pros:

Nice quiet room, a good bar and in a central location.

Cons:

The dining setup needs some work. You are left unsure as to whether waitstaff will come and take your order or if you must order at the bar? There are no signs nor are there any helpful hits on the menus.

Exceeded our expectations
Pros:

We had an early morning flight and attended at the hotel very early to dump our bags, to our surprise we were told our room was ready! The hotel itself was beautiful and our room was large and comfortable and had everything we could need for our short stay. The hotel is very central and within walking distance of basically everything, it is also very close to bus stops which makes exploring very easy. The staff were amazing and were so helpful. Would absolutely recommend staying there!

Beautiful, city centre location
Pros:

The room was beautiful and really felt like home from home. The facilities in the room were great and allowed you to either prepare food there or bring food in to eat at the dining table. The beds were comfortable and the mezzanine bed above allowed our teenage son some privacy with the curtain to pull across.

Cons:

The hotel is dog friendly and we brought our 2 dogs. With lots of people moving about, they barked occasionally, especially when doors were banging or people were talking loudly as they passed our room. We had a member of staff knock the door to say they had a complaint about the barking. The member of staff was very polite and apologised for having to disturb us. I understand that other hotel users may be annoyed by what was occasional barking but maybe the hotel needs to think about the placement of dog rooms so that they are on the same floor so that other guests do not complain.

Great location, good accommodation & good service & a zero hassle experience

Good location, clean, prompt service, checking in, checking out & at bar. Nice Vibe

Cons:

No milk in bedroom to make tea or coffee & no office price in room to say that it was ok to drink water out off the bathroom tap
