It is so city centric, everything was right around the corner

Great stay in central location
Pros:

The staff were brilliant and very enthusiastic. The check-out time is 2pm which is later than any other hotel. When we checked out one of the staff members offered to keep our bags in the baggage area for us until we had to leave in the evening which was brilliant. You can easily cast netflix etc to the TV. The room feels very homey and gas beautiful decor. The hotel is a 3 minute walk from Victoria Square shopping centre and is just in a perfect location.

Cons:

No faults noticed during our stay.

Great location with excellent staff!
Pros:

We loved the hotel location. It is convenient to everything. The staff is exceptional. They went above and beyond to help us when requested, even letting us use a cell phone to make a call when our phone didn’t work. Dinner was reasonable and great with quiet atmosphere.

Cons:

Noisy at night due to other guests. We could hear some noisy guests in the room next to us. Pricey breakfast.

Great hotel!
Pros:

The hotel was great! The location is amazing - very central, yet surprisingly quiet at night. It’s only a nine-minute walk from Grand Central Station, with plenty of shops, pubs, and restaurants within easy walking distance. I especially loved that breakfast was served until 2 p.m. and that late checkout was available until 2 p.m. as well. And the bed was unbelievably comfortable!

Cons:

The only minus was that the room was quite small - but overall nice anyway

Definitely recommend
Pros:

The bedroom was comfortable and the hotel funky. Late checkout was great at 2.00 pm. The hotel is in an excellent location and we would definitely stay again.

Cons:

Dirty dishes sitting for a few hours at elevator doors.
