Pros:

Perfectly adequate for our one-night stay; however, any longer than a couple of nights and i would find the room too small, but that is only a personal preference. Still a 10/10

Great room, in a handy if not salubrious location
Pros:

Room and facilities in the room were excellent and within walking distance of New St Railway Station and City Centre. No staff on site but entry was well communicated (code via WhatsApp), with contact details available in case of need. Facilities were all modern and up to date, including a lift.

Cons:

Whilst location is close to City Centre, the property is on a petrol station forecourt with takeaway facilities and, generally, not 'salubrious.' That said, the room was very quiet and we weren't disturbed at all

Worked really well for a one night stay.
Pros:

I was in Birmingham for one night to attend the European Athletics Championships. The hotel was booked at the same time as I booked event my ticket, one year ahead. Hotel is located 7-8 minutes walk from New St Railway Station. Room was clean and nicely decorated, with towels artistically presented as swans! Air conditioning was a boon, as we reached 36degC that day, and was easy to control. The bathroom was a reasonable size with nice complementary toiletries and the shower was lovely, one of the best hotel showers I've encountered; it was easy to access and the water temperature I wanted appeared almost by magic, staying constant throughout. Room was surprisingly quiet, given the location.

Cons:

I was sent an access code and room number via WhatsApp a few hours before my 3pm check in, but struggled to find the entrance. I had traveled by train so didn't need to book parking: I understand guests who book parking are sent a video, and this might make things easier, as the entrance can be accessed via the car park, which isn't obvious to someone arriving on foot. Staff in the adjacent petrol station spotted me looking lost and immediately came to my rescue (I'd guess they are used to this!). One of them accompanied me into the hotel toshow me my room, at which point another couple of guests appeared having received identical details and it looked like my room had been double-booked! Fortunately, this was sorted out very quickly with a phone call to everyone's satisfaction, but I felt it was a good job we had arrived at the same time and so avoided a potentially very awkward and uncomfortable situation. Hot drinks provision seemed a bit stingy and proper cups/spoons would have been nice rather than the paper cups and wooden stirrers provided.

Night in Brum
Pros:

The location was great, not in the centre but close enough to walk. About 10 mins.
Polite and prompt responses from the owners
Accessible lift, large enough for a wheelchair.
The room was very clean, the shower was great, and the bed was comfy with 2 decent pillows.
There was A/C and coffee provided,
There was also a fridge and nearby little shops if u needed anything.
There are sockets by your bed on both sides and switches to control, lights, bathroom and also the TV..
Would definitely stay again if I came to Birmingham.

Nothing, to be honest.

Very enjoyable trip.
Pros:

The location was just out of the city centre- walkable in though.
The room was very clean and comfortable.
Lovely shower
Good air con!

Cons:

We didn’t get instructions to get in to the hotel and there is no reception- there was a number to call and the guy in the garage gave us instructions.
There was a coffee machine and a kettle but only one drink per person and paper cups!
The room wasn’t made up but we only stayed for 2 nights

A good option for one night in the city
Pros:

The check-in was easy once the details were received, Room was clean if a little bit sterile. Area around the hotel in need of a good clean up. Not the hotels fault, nice to have the car park option.

Cons:

Not easy to find given the address is Holloway Hill, Would have preferred to have check-in details prior to the day. Noise from surrounding businesses below the room during the night and early morning, particularly the food delivery drivers.
