Theatre trip
Pros:

Very clean . Good technology
Comphy bed . Great air con. Was close to bull ring and the theatre .was quiet

Cons:

Unmanned modern hotel that was unexpected but we received a code via whatsapp to enter the hotel and room with ease. Located directly above an active petrol station.

Pros:

Lovely room, very modern.

Cons:

The area isn't the best, right near a main roundabout so pretty loud traffic noise. The hotel is above a petrol station too.

Good value in a central location
Pros:

Very clean and spacious. Good value. Fine for one night.

Cons:

Neighbours were a bit noisy. Hadn’t realised before arriving it was unmanned. Not a big issue though.

Great and ideal stay especially if your stopping over after a gig at the O2 Academy,
Pros:

Clean, comfortable and convenient. The snacks and toiletries they include is a definite pro!

Cons:

You can hear the traffic and stuff going on out the window and in the hallway

Immaculate, really clean and tidy room. very helpful with parking and the A/C made it worth every penny!

Great location in a nice room
Pros:

Location is excellent for the city centre, room was well finished and comfortable

Cons:

The wake up from the car jet wash underneath the room at 8am wasn’t ideal, and for 5* rating I would have expected slightly more from the room itself.

Fabulous night away with friends - excellent hotel - would book again and highly recommend.
Pros:

This place is brilliant for a stay in Birmingham. The facilities were great and the room was clean and comfortable. It's about a 10 min walk into the centre (which we did know about) that said, there is nothing we wouldn't recommend to others and would happily stay here again. The hotel is unmanned but the communication with the manager/owner was done via Whatsapp with no issues what so ever.
