Good hotel in city centre
Pros:

Good central location. Clean room and comfortable bed.

Cons:

Smallest bathroom I’ve ever had in a hotel. 2 people could not enter at the same time. Stairs to get to the lifts and then more stairs to get to some of the rooms so definitely not accessible for everyone. There was only one person working at the desk so calls to reception often went unanswered.

Christopher’s Cocktails!
Pros:

It had a very welcoming staff and Christopher the bartender that was just amazing!! The location was very good and very close to the the city and the attractions

Cons:

It had an abstract multilayer layout and was not convenient for handicap

A jewel in the centre of Glasgow
Pros:

Great location and very interesting decor.
It is especially helpful to have a space outside where our taxi could find us, pull up and we could get in and out without having to fight with the traffic.
Breakfast was well cooked, well presented and plentiful and the staff were cheerful and helpful.
We loved the gym and enjoyed an hour there being able to exercise after a long day.
I'm looking forward to being able to come back on my next trip when I have longer to spend there.

Cons:

I would like to have been able to see what the spa was like. The cost was £15 and I wasn't sure what I would be getting for my money so didn't book it.

Another coffee machine in the breakfast room would be helpful.There was a queue at the coffee machine at breakfast on both mornings. As I only had 30 mins for breakfast, it ate into my time.

It would be good if breakfast could start earlier. I was told that breakfast started at 7am however, on the second morning of my stay I came down at 7am and there were already queues at the breakfast bar which reduced my time to eat and it was a all bit hurried.

None of these things on their own were a'big deal' and the rest of my stay was lovely.

Highly recommend! Glasgow Gem!
Pros:

The hotel was beautiful, the decor and art pieces were tasteful and funky. The rooms were well appointed, with excellent additions like a coffee machine and smart tvs you can connect to and cast your phone to. The beds were super comfy, and the bedding was luxurious and snug. The staff were super helpful from the receptionists to the waiting staff and the maintenance team - all very friendly. The location is unbelievable, a 2 minute stroll from Central Station, and across the road from a great bar Revolution de Cuba!

Cons:

There wasnt much to complain about. Unfortunately for us we had an issue with the toilet - the reception staff sent maintenance up right away, and when they were unable to fix it we were moved into another room super quick. We had a very short turn around from checking in and going out to the concert so unfortunately one if us wasnt able to have a shower but the hotel did everything they could to manage the problem for us.

Cannot wait for our next stay!!
Pros:

From the moment we checked in we were met with lovely smiles and very polite reception staff. They answered all my questions perfectly. They provided information very efficiently and made us feel very welcomed. My partner was arriving later than me and i was unable to let him into the room. They made him a second key and had it waiting there for him upon his arrival. The bar staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. Could've sat down and talked to them all night.

Pros:

Perfect location for our overnight stay. Easy transfer from the airport, on the Airport E500 bus. The staff at our check in were enormously helpful. My son left his phone charging on the airport bus, they quickly gave us the contact details and told us that the next station stop was just a 5 min run down the road. My son retrieved his phone successfully - we are so grateful for their help.

Nothing to dislike. Rooms lacked any wall coverings/prints etc. which made room and bathroom seem empty. But perhaps this is the style.
