Pros:

De kamer was ruim en zonder tapijt. Ontbijt was lekker en alles proper, de bar is gezellig. Goed gelegen en geen geluidsoverlast

The location was excellent

Cons:

Unfortunately the room was very small and only a small window so had no daylight in the room as we had to keep the lights on all day..Also room service was bad,etc no teabags water or toilet roll left in room when we were out for the day.

Lage, relativ ruhiges Zimmer,

Cons:

dass 50 Pfund als Sicherstellung abgebucht wurden, obwohl das Zimmer schon bezahlt war.
dass man einige Stufen bis zum Lift bewältigen muss.

Kamer lijkt op de foto veel groter en gezelliger dan de kamer was. Beetje benauwde sfeer. Klein en hoog in een gebouw met enorm veel gangen. Maar prima voor 1 nacht

An Address we’d prefer not to have visited!
Pros:

The property was clean and well maintained. The dining facility was pleasant and presented us with a more than acceptable breakfast offering with friendly, discreet and helpful staff.

Cons:

On arrival the receptionist was insincere and cursory and seemed to regard our arrival as an inconvenience. He was only concerned with receiving full payment and had we seen the room we would not have stayed! Our top floor Classic Club? accommodation was a well appointed carpetless, easy to clean cell with two windows you could only view by peering upwards, one facing the adjacent building and the other a below ceiling slit window with deceitful and quite unnecessary floor length curtains. All in all rather reminiscent of Brooks Halten’s release accommodation (see Shawshank Redemption)! On my enquiry if they had a room with a window you could see out if I was informed the hotel had none available. Because our reception was clearly ill-timed we weren’t asked to complete the waiver for the Spa room so, even although we’d booked this add-on benefit the evening before, on finding the Spa wouldn’t unlock, we then both had to toddle down in our dressing gowns to reception (wasting more time) to sign the necessary paperwork! Overall, despite the charming restaurant and breakfast staff we would not consider staying at the Address again.

Most of all, the staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay, making the whole experience enjoyable. We would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel.

Prima hotel met goed ontbijt centraal in Glasgow
Pros:

Eenvoudige kamer maar prima voor een aantal nachten

Cons:

Incheckbeleid snapte ik niets van. Op de inchecktijd was het erg druk waardoor er een enorme rij ontstond terwijl wij er al waren maar niet eerder (tenzij tegen betaling) erin konden. Toen we aan de beurt waren bleek er nog geen kamer beschikbaar. Kregen we wel een drankje voor.
