Prima verblijf, maar hotel moet wel aan details werken.
Pros:

Locatie is perfect,
kamer is groot genoeg en schoon. Ontbijt is ook prima, al mag de koffie wel van betere kwaliteit.

Cons:

Lang wachten op de erg kleine lift. Moet veel deuren door om de kamer te bereiken. Indien slecht ter been adviseer ik dit hotel niet. Badkamer is door het te kleine scherm zeiknat wanneer je de douche gebruikt

Pros:

un excellent accueil par l'équipe du petit déjeuner et une chambre confortable et silencieuse

Cons:

nous avons eu un accueil à la reception tellement pauvre et impersonnel
et les gens qui font la chambre le matin ne finissent pas leur travail . salle de bain pas completement nettoyée.
on ne remplace pas les tasses et verres usagés et on ne remet pas des bouteilles d'eau lorsque les precedentes

nothing to shout about hotel was ok wouldnt recommend
Pros:

was fine nothing special everything worked staff were civil and nice breakfast was cold

Cons:

cold breakfast we hadnt included it in origional booking but reception offered so we took probably ok but cold
we arrived early fair enough but charged £20 for early check in when room was ready anyway and we had taken add on of breakfast. Overall wouldnt rush back great location but other than that just ok

Excellent boutique hotel in Glasgow city centre
Pros:

Great for city centre, rooms large with comfy beds. Clean and comfortable. We didn’t use the spa, but the photos looked nice.

Pros:

Staff was helpfull, room was good size for European hotels in old town. Location for public transportation was good. Train station 10 minutes walk and bus station about the same. We had early tours and the breakfast manager let us come in a bit early for coffee, many thanks.

Cons:

Bathroom was very small. Bar was friendly. Bar tender served whiskey shot in a large water glass, not appreciated, should get better training.

Pros:

Location was amazing. Front desk gave great recommendations for food. Hotel was clean and bar had a great bartender who made amazing drinks.

Cons:

Even though we were paying guests there was an additional charge if you wanted to use the gym or plunge pool which doesn’t seem right to me. Have to go up stairs to access the elevators which is difficult if you have a large suitcase.
