La amabilidad del personal y la ubicación. Las camas eran cómodas.
Nuestra habitación cuádruple tenía la tapa y asiento del WC suelto, el baño es como de plástico, parece el de un crucero. Y en la habitación hacía mucho calor. Y se supone que teníamos vistas del lago, pero sólo veíamos los árboles de delante, no se veía el lago.
The location thats about it
The fact there there was a used condom on the floor of my hotel room, the mould and mildew on the shower, the kettle needed descaling, the bed was rock hard and there was mould in the shower and stains on the curtains and carpet. Also the owner of the hotel apologised and said she would give a full refund but is now avoiding any contact with myself or booking.com
It was in a great location, very central to the town and attractions
Parking, rude neighbours, rooms not being fully cleaned before we arrived - vape liquids and packaging left in draws, light not working in the bathroom, toilet seat broken, poor ventilation making it totally impossible to stay in the room as it was just too hot - we had a 2 night stay and had to leave the day of arrival and go somewhere else. There’s plenty of other options, book somewhere else is my advice
The hotel had an amazing location (everything was right on the doorstep) and very attentive staff through emails and private message.
As two young women travelling, safety is paramount. With the hotel being contactless (no staff on site) and to only be told this a few days before arriving, it made us feel uneasy. Advertising that this is a contactless hotel would only be fair. On top of this, the door to the room was quite flimsy with no extra security lock on it, this added to that uneasy feeling. But easy fixes.

Very steep rickety steps up to rear of property.
Security - Key pad entry system which did not work. Could not gain entry to front of building after a day and evening out. Had to make phone call to manager of property.
Door to rear of property propped open at night leaving premises unsecure.
Tiny bathroom with very little room for towels or toiletries.
Very expensive for one night.

Location was really good
Room was very small and extremely hot!! Discovered heating was on, on one of the hottest days so far!!! Bathroom was so tiny it was like showering in a wardrobe
We stayed at Berry Boutique during our honeymoon, and it was a wonderful experience. The team decorated our room beautifully at a very reasonable price, and everything was set up perfectly. Their attention to detail made our stay even more special.
The location is fantastic. It’s peaceful, romantic, and close to the town centre, making it easy to explore the area.
A special thank you to the housekeeping staff. She was incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming. She gave us excellent local travel tips and recommendations, which helped us make the most of our trip. Her warm and helpful attitude made us feel right at home.
I would highly recommend Berry Boutique to anyone looking for a romantic getaway or honeymoon stay. Thank you to the entire team for making our honeymoon so memorable. We would definitely love to stay here again!

Clean and well appointed. Close to restaurants and lake. Tea/coffee etc all available and extras. Fridge available to use.
En-suite bathroom(wet-room) a bit small.
Room very warm even with fan - windows open but noisy in the morning.
Parking limited and stairs steep to back door.
