Check in was completely unacceptable. Had to wait outside for over 30 minutes outside the property while contacting the staff via phone, text and email to get access to the property - no response.

Prettig verblijf in een mooi en verzorgd hotel.
Pros:

Het hotel staat in een rustig deel van Bromley en is letterlijk op steenworp afstand van het centrum van Bromley. Voldoende koffie en eetmogelijkheden in de omgeving alsook de welbekende ketens.

Cons:

Mocht je meer richting het centrum van London willen gaan als in bezienswaardigheden dan zou ik je niet aanraden om in Bromley te verblijven - al zijn de verbindingen gemakkelijk en toegankelijk je bent toch al snel minimaal rond de 30 min kwijt met de trein.

Clean hotel with comfortable beds and air conditioning. Nicely decorated.
Pros:

Hotel was clean, receptionist friendly and helpful. Bed was super comfortable and air conditioning was a huge plus. Small things like phone chargers on the bedside lights and a fridge was useful.

Cons:

Could hear road noise and had requested a quiet room. No breakfast facilities although the nearby Glades shopping centre had good facilities for this. Receptionist is not visible but behind a closed office door, so lacks a bit of warmth.

Good if you just want a bed for the night.
Pros:

Newly refurbished/built, great decor and comfortable bed.

Cons:

No reception and hard to get hold of staff. Always have to call them to get hold of them. Other than your bedroom not much in terms of places to relax.
