عند انتهاء اقامتي وعند الساعه12 ظهر ودخولي الاوتيل تكلمت معي الموظفه بحده للاسراع بالخروج مهدده بانه سيتم احتساب رسوم تاخير بشكل عنيف غير مبرر ورفعت صوتها بقولها الان مهدد ونظرات حاده علما لم يكن بيننا خوار مسبق لتتصرف بهذه الطريقه وكان نسير الى الداخل بشكل هادي ومبتسمين لها باعطائنا عشر دقائق وردت بطريقه لا تليق بالخدمات ولا معاملة موظفين الاوتيل الاخرين مما ترك انطباع لدينا بعدم تكرار التجربه مع الاوتيل رغم الاقامه الجيده فيه ومعاملة الموظفين الرائعه لكن انزعاجي من المعامله من هذه الموظفه جعلني افكر بعدم تكرار الاقامه الموظفه اسمها Noila

מלון טוב ומיקום מצויין.
Pros:

המלון ממוקם במיקום מצויין, סמוך לרחוב אוקספורד ולתחנת מטרו. חדר נקי ופונקציונלי. אינטרנט מצויין.
החדר שקט מאוד ומבודד למרות המיקום המרכזי.

Cons:

המזרן יחסית קטן, ארוחת בוקר טובה אך מוגשת במלון סמוך, מעליות איטיות ועמוסות בשעות העומס בבוקר.

Staff were friendly and helpful, it was suitable for a few days.
Pros:

Location was good but the number of the road should be in the address. We walked past it twice trying to find it.

Cons:

There was a very large column in the room, close to the bed, which is not in any photos of the bedrooms? It was on the lower ground floor and quite dark.

المكان قريب جداً من شارع الأكسفورد … مقبول نوعا ما للسكن السريع .. لكن لا اصنفه بفندق 4 نجوم. هو اشبه بشقق مفروشة.وايضاً

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, and we could easily walk to all the places we wanted to visit. Our room was spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. Traveling with our 3-year-old son was easy and enjoyable thanks to the hotel’s family-friendly atmosphere. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with plenty of delicious options to choose from each morning. All staff members were incredibly friendly and welcoming. A special thank you to Pelin, the Turkish staff member, for making us feel so welcome. Warm greetings from our family!
