המלון נמצא במיקום מעולה! ממש ליד האוקספורד וממש צמוד לתחנת רכבת
החדרים מרווחים יחסית

Cons:

המיטה לא הייתה נוחה, המקלחת הייתה מאוד קטנה ולא היה טוש, התקרה בחדר נמוכה
אפשר לפתוח את החלון ממש מעט, והחלון היה מול בניין, ככה שבכלל לא ניתן להסתכל החוצה.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay. The location was excellent—very close to the Underground station, with Hyde Park just a short walk away. There were also plenty of supermarkets, shops, and restaurants nearby, making everything very convenient. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The minibar and complimentary amenities were generous and well stocked. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. A special thanks to the room service staff member who went out of their way to make sure we were well looked after. We didn’t have a single negative experience and would happily stay here again.

The location was execllent. Was just a short distance from Marble Arch, Oxford Street & Hyde Park
Pros:

Breakfast was execellent with plenty of choice. This was served in a sister hotel down the street which was fine as we were there in the summer and this was not an issue. I think there maybe access between the hotels underground but we did not explore that.

Cons:

Lift was very slow and and as we were on the 5th floor we sometimes had to wait for what felt like too long. Only 2 lifts in our building or the stairs.

Świetne miejsce - wrócę ponownie!
Pros:

Cudowna lokalizacja, świetnie skomunikowana z resztą miasta. Wokół mnóstwo sklepów i knajpek. Pokój przestronny, duża łazienka. Czyściutko. Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna. Jest możliwość wykupienia śniadania e sąsiadującym hotelu tej marki (przejście również przejściem podziemnym) - bardzo obfity i urozmaicony bufet. To jeden z moich lepszych pobytów w Londynie. Na pewno wrócę ponownie!

Cons:

Jedynym minusem w pokoju był brak kontaktu w łazience (tylko jeden do golarki elektrycznej).
Niestety również musiałam czekać na zakwaterowanie (ok 60min oczekiwania w hotelowym lobby), mimo, że dotarłam do hotelu o 15 i wcześniej upewniłam się, czy przy przybyciu między 15 a 16 od razu dostanę pokój (od 15 powinny być zakwaterowania). Ale absolutnie nie zniechęca mnie to do powrotu!

Struttura restaurata, ma pulizie solo di facciata
Pros:

La posizione è buona e gli interni sono restaurati (stanza 513) e lo spazio della camera è tutto sommato sufficiente. C'è disponibilità di asse da stiro e ferro.

Cons:

Il penultimo giorno per la prima volta su 5 notti avevamo chiesto il cambio tovaglie grandi (da doccia) lasciandole a terra come da loro indicato. Ci era venuto il dubbio sul fatto che le altre tovaglie di cui avevamo chiesto il cambio fossero state davvero sostituite e quindi l'avevamo segnata con una matita in un punto nascosto.
Ci siamo accorti che una di queste anziché cambiarla l'hanno presa da terra, piegata e riposta come se fosse pulita (probabilmente perché non aveva segni evidenti di sporco).
Questo è molto grave e denota scorrettezza e agire in mala fede.
Con una stanza pagata 121£ a notte a persona non credo non potessero cambiare le tovaglie e se non potevano farlo dovevano dirlo prima, così non l'avremmo messa sul pavimento.
Quando siamo andati a far vedere le prove di ciò alla reception ci hanno dato tovaglie nuove (il minimo che potevano fare) e hanno mostrato stupore visibilmente finto.
Ma viene da pensare che per risparmiare le tovaglie non visibilmente sporche che i clienti chiedono di cambiare le riciclano anziché cambiarle.
Questo è inaccettabile e fa proprio schifo.
Se andate segnate tutte le tovaglie di cui chiedete il cambio in modo evidente con rossetto o altri trucchi così non vi possono fregare.
È stato un atteggiamento schifoso che non è per nulla immaginabile sia responsabilità dell'addetta pulizie. Viene da pensare siano direttive della struttura per fare cassa.
Questo comportamento è scorretto, disonesto e vergognoso per un hotel del genere che costa comunque non poco.
