Pros:

Nice hotel, very conveniently located. Very helpful staff. We asked if we could change to a different room, the staff were very helpful and obliging. We opted for breakfast, which was at a different hotel, a few paces away, the breakfast was excellent.

تم خصم مبلغ الاقامه وانا حاجز من عندكم وابلغتهم بذالك وقالو سوف يسترد المبلغ خلال 3 ايام وحتى الان لم يسترد

عدم وصول الحجز بسرعه حيث انني حجزت عن طريقكم وحينما وصلت اليهم قالو لم يصل الحجز ادفع لنا ودفعت

I really enjoyed my stay here and would recommend it.
Pros:

The location was perfect, very central. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was a good size and had everything one needs.

Cons:

The breakfast is in another hotel nearby. A nice breakfast but going to another building was a bit of an effort.

When things break down they are not fast at fixing it. For the one week I stayed there 1 of the 2 lifts wasn’t working and they never got round to fixing the desk lamp in my room.

Pros:

Location was good!

Cons:

Pathetic house keeping service. Didn’t clean the rooms at all properly especially bathrooms. I had to complain several times for them to come and redo the job and even that was unsatisfactory. Didn’t feel like staying in a hotel. Felt like a boarding house.

You can’t call it hotel it is more like motel the elevator was not working during our whole stay for 4 nights only one elevator working uncomfortable beds and belows
