If your wanting a Spa weekend this place isn’t the best for that
Pros:

The staff in the restaurant were lovely and the food in the evening was reasonably priced and decent.

Cons:

The spa facilities were not the best the sauna was broken, there was no bookings available for massages and you pay £10 for the pool and steam room that’s it but you have to pay an extra £20 to use the hydro pool area.
The picture was our view from our window.

Quick
Pros:

Close to m6

Cons:

The interior decor was nice the exterior however not so, looked dated and dangerous in places felt odd having such a rough exterior and an interior that had just been “patched up”. Receptionist was lovely.

Lovely hotel, pleasant staff and great breakfast
Pros:

Loved the thermal spa and the restaurant/breakfast food. Really lovely.

Cons:

The lady in the spa who cleared away our drinks, robes and towels when we left our loungers to visit the sauna. She did the same again within 20 minutes? Very strange.
