Clean and 24x7 reception
Our Room G003 was on the ground floor. Due to hot weather, we wanted to keep the window open but being on ground floor, for safety reasons we couldn’t do it. Although a small table fan was provided
Great location for a Wembley concert. Good room for the price. Comfortable bed and clean
The angle of the shower head wasn’t great on the stand as it just shot forward rather than down
The room was clean, the location is close to Harlesden train station which helps with accessing Wembley stadium for any concerts.
I understand it's summer but the rooms are way too hot, hotter than outside even....and no A/C, they do offer fans but they really don't do anything to cool the room down. There is no fridge or cooling available on site so everything needs to be ordered on Uber or something similar but then make sure you don't need cutlery because there is none available in the room. There is a really strong smell of onions that fills up the property daily from a nearby factory. Staff are a bit moody to be honest and don't seem to be enjoying their time working there. Overall I would only choose to stay here for Wembley stadium access due to how close it is to Harlesden station which you can take to Wembley central and walk 15 mins to the stadium itself but that's about it I was happy to be heading home.

Bed is quite comfy, the bathroom is good, just the shower door were hard to open
It’s noisy and the location is quite bad for transport, especially when there’s event closures, I don’t mind walking 12 ish minutes so it’s fine, there was only one little fan so during this heat wave it was impossible not to sweat

We were so fortunate to have an early check due to the efficency of the housekeeping staff , as the weather was very hot! Can't fault it...even a fan already in the room..

Estuvimos muy contentos con la estadía en este Hotel que era imaculado en limpieza y organizacion. Todo el personal fueron muy atentos a preguntar cómo estábamos, y con el calor que hemos tenido en Londres, teniamos bebidas para poder tenerlas frias en la nevera para los huéspedes. Con mucha seguridad lo recomiendo! Mil gracias por todo!!
The only negative thing I found was that the car park was full at night and the people who were parking no every one it wasn't a gest at the Hotel. Possibly because there are varios factories around.
