La situation de l'hôtel, la salle de sport .

Cons:

La piscine, pas de transat de dispo, des enfants qui crient. Plein d'eau partout. Faudrait mettre des heures de réservation....
La vue pas terrible alors que cest la 2eme fois qu'on vient, on nous a mis dans un angle pas top.

Pros:

Struttura bellissima in un’ottima posizione. Un grazie particolare allo staff per l’upgrade della camera. Bella anche la zona spa e piscina, molto rilassante. Ottimo il ristorante con una vista magnifica. Bellissima camera spaziosa, silenziosa e dotata di ogni comfort.

Modern, fun hotel, great friendly staff, good food from the Brush for breakfast and dinner, good offers on in the day but main menu is good value with great standard of food

Pros:

Spa area and room was adequate.

Cons:

Staff could have been more welcoming, lack of amenities in the bathroom. The ambience was ok. Coffee machine was awful in the room.

The hotel is comfortable and good, but expensive.
Pros:

The hotel is clean, and the rooms are comfortable. The bed is large and comfortable. Watching Netflix in the evening on the large TV is enjoyable. The view is beautiful.

Cons:

We went to reception at 14:45 and were not allowed into our room because it was 15 minutes before check-in time. They couldn't even take the initiative to allow 15 minutes. Furthermore, we were given a disabled-accessible toilet and bathroom. This affected our comfort. I think it was very expensive for the price. It's disappointing that they couldn't even provide the 15-minute check-in option for this price.

Amazing luxury time when being in chaos London.
Pros:

It is new, modern with a lot of things that boost up the luxury. And that they upgraded us for free made it even better!

Cons:

It is a bit off, to get to most big attractions you would need to change underground line one or twice. And also harder if you come from stansted airport, with luggage. The hotel entrance was a bit hidden as well, had to ask people how to get there first.
