Very bad location and 4 star hotel not 5 but we paid for 5 so we demand for refund and unesty from booking!
Pros:

Only the stuff were good

Cons:

The location very bad and far from everything,nothing around us ,also I feel scam booking said it’s 5 star but in Google it is 4 star hotel, nothing special about it and the price so high does not worse it it should be less than half what we paid , they did not clean the room properly even though I told them 2 times, I am so sad from booking with this experience , the whole vacation was sad from this hotel and location!! And the suit did not feel like it is 30 meters.

perfect hotel, but the prices are high
Pros:

Very nice and comfortable hotel and staff is very helpful .
We loved the restaurant on the roof ( 25 floor).
The location is a bit far from main attractions, but there are public transport lines very close to the hotel ( bus or metro).

Rude and abusive staff im suffering from domestic abuse the hotel allowed the preportraitors into the hotel twice and acted oblivious to harass me from check on till I leave I will be reporting this the police in due course safe is not safe code can be accessed might be secret camera in room swimming pool dirty unable to use bits floating in water stalked and harassed in room hotel staff aware

Awful smell in the steam room smelt of drugs unable to use room smelt of corona had to get room changed door safety lock was broken rude and indirectly abusive staff
