Besonders gut gefallen hat uns unser Zimmer mit der traumhaften Aussicht. Wir haben ein Zimmer in einem der oberen Stockwerke bekommen und hatten einen wunderschönen Blick über ganz London. Einfach fantastisch!

Cons:

Eigentlich hat uns alles sehr gut gefallen. Der einzige kleine Kritikpunkt war die Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer, die leider nicht richtig funktioniert hat und nur sehr wenig Kaffee ausgegeben hat. Ansonsten waren wir rundum zufrieden und hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt.

Hotel trendy et très correct mais pas dont la note moyenne ne devrait pas dépasser 9 selon moi.
Pros:

Le style original, l’accueil au Check in, la salle de gym (une des meilleures testées mais très vite saturée) la nourriture et les cocktails au restaurant Solaya

Cons:

J’ai été déçu par la chambre (une suite), confortable mais pas si pratique, avec des équipements défaillants sur lesquels ni suivi ni excusés non été formulés malgré un séjour de trois jours. La salle du petit déjeuner était rapidement surchargée et trop bruiyante et la nourriture y était moyenne.

מיקום מושלם. חדרים בקומה 16 עם נוף מטריף, חדר קינג משודרג וענקי. מלון מלא בסטייל, ארוחת בוקר ברמה גבוהה.

Cons:

לא אהבנו שקיבלנו חדר עם דלת מקשרת למרות שלא היה מצויין בהזמנה. הדלת המקשרת לא ננעלת מתוך החדר ולכן מרגיש כאילו מישהו יכול להיכנס מהצד השני. הפיצרון שנמצא היה שדרוג החדר שלנו במחיר נמוך יחסית וזה היה שווה את זה.

The interior of the hotel is very special art deco and the view from the room exceptional. The size of the room generous. The dinner in the rooftop restaurant was a special experience. All the employees have been very friendly.

Great location , staff ,comfortable etc , breakfast expensive, and too much tech for a pensioner 😁
Pros:

Breakfast at £30/head was too expensive, so we went out and spent £25 for both of us supporting local businesses

Cons:

We struggle with the tech , lifts with no buttons , iPads that control everything in the room ….. why no light switch for my bedside light !!?? 😁. Too much tech for me 😁

Le service des chambres ( un oubli de tournevis dans la chambre, un manques de papier toilette, pour finir, lors du dernier jour, une femme de ménage est venu nous réveiller alors qu’il était 10 heures sachant que l’heure du Check out était à 12h)
