Lovely clean hotel. The breakfast was excellent. Our room was nice and spacious. We had a view of the church across the street.
We stayed during a heatwave and unfortunately like most UK hotels no aircon. However there was a fan.

No one was on reception when entering the hotel we had to ring for service which ok fair enough but nothing was locked all doors were open anyone could of walked in and gone in the lifts to any floor which was a little scary, also no air con only a fan and the room was very hot 🥵 but overall it was a very pleasant stay plus we were there only 1 night maybe longer we would of definitely needed air con…

Beautiful hotel in a lovely quiet area. Hotel itself was quiet with no real noise. Very well kept and beautifully decorated. The entire hotel was so clean even in areas that are usually missed like stairwells. The smell in the hotel was lovely and fresh. An absolute delight to walk into. Rooms were beautifully furnished including fans for these warmer months. Breakfast was fabulous, plentiful and great value for money and the staff were happy, welcoming and extremely knowledgeable of the area and always happy to help. We also enjoyed ending our days with a nice cold drink from the well stocked bar which was not extortionately priced. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable. We will be back!

Parking. We managed to get unto the car park at the back each time - but then need help to access building via fire doors
Very central and good location to the beach.
Breakfast was very good and staff were very friendly and helpful,
Room was bright and airy although the bathroom was a wet room and floor was always wet so uncomfortable to the soles of the feet.
Car parking was restricted as other drivers were not considerate in parking their cars and tended to take two spaces which caused difficulty in finding a space.
Clearly marking out car spaces would have improved the situation,

Location was perfect and friendly staff. The chef Steve done a great job coping with breakfast orders.
No air conditioning which was so unbearable for two nights. Only a fan which was rubbish and no additional fans available
Staff (the gent in particular) were absolutely excellent.
We upgraded to a balcony room (with a bit of a sea view even!) which was fabulous (maybe better with a good carpet cleaner as there were some stains). Great space and very clean.
Original room was a bit small and hot and no fan so upgrading was an easy choice and thankfully as there was availability.
Bar and happy hour prices great. Shame no food in the evening apart from the usual crisps and peanuts at the bar.
Onsite parking was handy.

Could have benefited from offering light snacks of sandwiches! Plenty of places to eat in local area but sometimes all you want is a toasted sandwich or a roll! Bar staff very attentive though and made teas and hot chocolate when asked!
The property was modern and contemporary. It was better than many hotels I have seen on the Island.
Communal areas needed some attention for cleaning- the disabled toilet floor was not clean and the outside entrance to the property would benefit from hoovering and a wash of the concrete stairs. Sorry I am a previous hotel owner .
