süß renoviertes Altbauzimmer über einem Restaurant, das Essen im Restaurant war sehr schmackhaft

Cons:

kein Frühstück, bei Wärme nur mäßige Klimatisierung, etwas laut durch die Lage an der Straße und an einer gegenüberliegenden Kneipe

Lovely place to stay in Winchester
Pros:

Large recently refurbished room, comfy bed, nice bathroom with good shower. Good location for Winchester high street and there was a multi story car park a few minutes walk away which was free to park between 6pm and 8am.

Cons:

The room was very hot, which was to be expected in a heatwave, but a fan was provided.

Pros:

Nice room, good facilities, friendly staff, good location.

Cons:

Difficult to make a cup of tea with a coffee machine.
Room very hot but it was a heatwave and they had provided a fan, too much road noise if window open. Would benefit from air con.

We would recommend this hotel.
Pros:

Location - really close to city centre. Staff were all helpful and friendly. Bedroom was huge.

Cons:

'Dislike' is too strong but we thought the room would be 'serviced' on the full day of our stay but it wasn't. Didn't remotely spoil our visit though.

Comfortable, little effort and would book again.
Pros:

Great place for a short stay in hot weather. Comfortable nd clean and in a central location. Great coffee machine. Nice decor and large room. Very nice shower.

Cons:

if I am picky - could do with a hair dryer.

La chambre était tres spacieuse et sa décoration était très soignée. Lit confortable.

Cons:

Un petit soucis avec la douche : l'ayant utilisée la deuxième, je n'avais presque plus d'eau chaude.

OK for our needs
Pros:

It was in a perfect location for our SDW start, the restaurant looked lovely (although we didn’t eat there) and the room was lovely.

Cons:

The pillows were like bricks, so I got no sleep at all. Suggest a soft/medium & a hard pillow so people have a choice.
