The TV on the wall, I always caught my arm against it, as it stuck out from the wall. And the back of it was rather dusty and dirty

We loved the room itself, the bed was very comfortable, we liked the modern light controls they were very swish, the staff were very friendly and professional, we liked the Malton brown toiletries as well, great air con too!

Comfortable, Quick overnight stay
Pros:

The rooms at this hotel were gorgeous. Large and really comfortable. The bathrooms were also very good as was the breakfast.

Cons:

We knew the location wasn't the best, but we couldn't find the hotel at first as it really was part of the football ground with no signs to say that this was the hotel.

Odalar yeterince büyük ve ferahtı. Odaların içi yeniydi ve temizdi. Personel hep güler yüzlüydü. Erken check in için geldiğimizde bavullarımızı tutma olanağı sağladılar. Tam merkezde görünmese de her yere ulaşım toplu taşıma ile çok rahattı. Yine gelsem tercih edeceğim otel

Pros:

Struttura nuovissima e moderna, colazione ottima e varia, stanza spaziosa e confortevole, prodotti da bagno di alto livello.
Grazie ad un'offerta di Booking abbiamo avuto un upgrade gratuito nella categoria superiore, ed è stato fantastico!
La posizione è leggermente defilata dal centro, ma a due passi ci sono numerosi e frequenti mezzi per spostarsi rapidamente se non si vuole fare tutta la strada a piedi (cosa comunque fattibile).
Abbiamo utilizzato una volta anche il servizio in camera e la cena in questo senso è stata ottima e ad un prezzo onestissimo, considerata la media di Edimburgo. Spero di poter tornare presto a visitare questa magnifica città, sulla scelta dell'hotel avrò pochi dubbi!

Pros:

I bought this night at the Tynecastle hotel, for my husband’s birthday, he is an life long fan, we had the most fantastic time, everyone was so helpful and friendly, we are definitely going to stay again.

The room was very dusty and was put in a disabled room which was not mentioned when I booked and they were unable to move me ...the food in the restaurant was off not much done to correct this was advised it was maybe a batch from the day before???....not a good stay for me

Pros:

The staff were so pleasant and very helpful. The room was more than we had hoped for in size and amenities. We loved the fact that the bathroom rack was heated so drying our handwashed stuff was so convenient. Last but not least, the freebies were a great touch. Makes you feel special, will definitely be back to see the stadium when it's not under repair.
