Great modern hotel and friendly staff
Pros:

Modern hotel, large well equipped accessible room, great check-in process and generous breakfast

Cons:

No on-site carpark, and the loading places are quite limited in busy time. Upside is the secure carpark (over the road), register rego at reception for a good discount

Northern hospitality partnered with hotel perfection = heaven!
Pros:

Hotel perfectly placed for easy access to all the attractions and venues with tram stop and train station on the doorstep.
Absolutely fell in love with the SOAK toiletries, just wish they were available to buy.
Debbie in the restaurant was absolutely fantastic and turned a bowl of porridge into a work of art!!
Loved the cleanliness of the hotel, in fact we loved everything about it

Cons:

There wasn't anything not to like. Everything was spot on and the lady on reception even managed to source us a rubber shower mat

Pros:

Sijainti juna-aseman vieressä ja palvelut lähellä. Kuntosali oli pieni, mutta yllättävän hyvä. Huone tilava ja sängyt hyvät.

Cons:

Aamiainen olisi voinut olla monipuolisempi. Juustosiivut ja salaatti puuttuivat. Ravintola Platform (hotellin oma ravintola) oli illallisella pettymys.

great stay we shall be booking you in future
Pros:

Jess in reception was very helpful, positive and accepted responsibility when there was a delay checking in due to the room not being ready. She attended to my family`s needs with sensitivity, calmness and professionalism .

Your bar and restaurant staff were the most helpful , friendly and kind I have seen in a very long time considering I travel alot and stay at hotels all over the world .

The room was good quality it had a good business size desk a good TV and a mini fridge if needed for very hot weather Breakfast was well organised and very well cooked
