Had dinner and the quality was excellent value for money. Very clean, comfortable beds. Would definitely stay again.

What didnt we like hotel is immaculate beds so comfy food was lovely and the location is superb.
The staff were amazing very friendly and helpful would definitely recommend to my family and friends and will be returning soon

Not really a dislike about property.
It would have been nice to have fresh banana on the breakfast menu. It is surprising how many people start the day with a banana.

Great stay and highly recommend
Pros:

Staff were amazing, great location, very helpful letting me check in early and helping me with the directions to the Lytham festival. Slept well with a lovely comfy bed :)

Cons:

One tiny niggle is that the fried breakfast was a little lacking for the price, eggs that were out were overdone and not a lot of selection.

Breakfast was brilliant everybody’s taste is catered for My grandson loved when is asked for porridge he was able to get some he was delighted I liked how everything was set up and how friendly staff were

Disappointed to say the least

The size of the room and the location

Cons:

Room hadn’t been cleaned properly we raised the issue 40 minutes after arriving to which a cleaner went in left a note saying it had now been cleaned to which it hadn’t changed they had just put a towel in the room. Got offered compensation in the form of points towards another stay which I still haven’t received over a month later. Really poor customer service lets this hotel down
