Pros:

Location perfect straight off train straight in hotel

Cons:

The price of drinks not good when you can go 2mins down road and pay £3,20 for the same wine as £11,95 per glass in hotel plus the 8am maintenance going on across from my room wasn't good

A great hotel for comfort and convenience, next to railway station and tram stops. Very good rooms.
Pros:

Breakfast great! Lots of choice. Location fantastic as hotel basement is linked to tramstops right outside!, so you get anywhere by tram . No need to use a car! so convenient! My room was clean, spacious, comfy and quiet . All staff amazing and helpful. Really enjoyed my stay

Very convenient for the train station
Pros:

Lovely room very comfortable bed. Good location. Friendly staff

Cons:

I thought the music was too loud in the lounge area. . I wanted to have a relaxing night in the bar area, but the music was loud and distracting

We would certainly stay here again also use Holiday Inn in other cities in the hope they are all as good as Blackpool
Pros:

Everything….breakfast was excellent value plenty of choices. Staff were very helpful and very friendly giving us advice on what to see, also recommending places to eat.

Recommend this hotel because it has excellent amenities and was good value for money.
Pros:

The hotel is modern, clean with a town centre location next to the railway station. The staff were cheerful and positive with ideas to help.
