A great hotel, beautiful room, and friendly and efficient staff.
Pros:

Great place with a beautiful lounge and a stone throw from the beach. The train station is just a minute walk and all restaurants, bars and amusements are close by. Lovely and professional reception and restaurant sraff. I booked dinner, bed and breakfast, and being a vegetarian, my advice is to choose from all menu and pay the difference rather than like me sticking to the meals permitted.

Cons:

More options for the those who choose dinner included would be great. Although breakfast stuff were abundant, I expexted better choice of things, especially when there many people; eg. fruits: there were a few but not of a good quality; I tried the fruit salad but had a sour taste; only loose yougurts ( a 4 star hotel is expected to have a variety of yogurts, and there was no choice of bread (seeded bread was stale, and toaster was broken. So, dinner menu and breakfast quality could do with little improvements.
Dinner staff especially the 2 younger boys were really helpful and friendly.

Wouldn’t stay again only because they do not accept cash.
Pros:

The property was clean and had a nice restaurant

Cons:

The person on the front desk was rude and condescending. The shower flooded the whole bathroom but the man that dealt with the flood was really nice.

The hotel is modern, clean, and in a great location. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and my room was comfortable and spotless. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. Great service throughout my stay, and I would happily return. Highly recommended! ★★★★★

Pros:

Exactly what you'd expect. Clean, modern, comfortable.

Cons:

Air con made a horrifically loud buzzing noise. Staff tried to help but it takes about 20 minutes for it to actually shut off, and then you wake up roasting at 2am because you can't open the windows. If, like my partner, you're unable to wear earplugs, you're cooked. Quite literally.
