El personal amable. El metro estaba a menos de 10 minutos caminando.

Cons:

Había reservado una habitación con baño privado y al principio me pusieron en baño compartido. Me cambiaron la habitación sin problema. Se escucha todo el ruido de los demás. Había ola de calor y no tenía aire pero nos pusieron un ventilador. Para llegar a dormir estuvo bien pero no volvería.

I like the room, clean and with a comfortable bed, and the position, very close to the metro line.

Cons:

The shared bathroom was really clean but the shower was built in a bath tub, I don't know if it is like that in every floor but it can be dangerous to step in and out when it is alla wet and slippery. A small step could
fix it

Recht gute Lage, zwei anliegende U-Bahn Stationen

Cons:

Bei Buchung und Bezahlung über Booking, kam 2 Wochen vor dem Aufenthalt eine SMS vom City Gate Guest Haus, dass ich doch bitte noch bezahlen sollte, da sonst eine Reservierung nicht garantiert werden kann.

-Abends kein warmes Wasser
-Haupteingangstür nur mäßig abgesichert, quasi offen.
-Check-In via Telefon
-Haare in Dusche und Bett
-Recht laute Straße

Overall had a great stay and would recommend/ stay there again.
Pros:

The host was very nice and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was good. Easy to get to places with public transport.

Cons:

The only thing I would say could be better is that it was quite hot in the room even with windows open and/or fan on. But it was very hot outside too so it makes sense.
I would say AC would be nice.

Convenient, clean and well run.
Pros:

Our host Ali was fantastic and accommodated our stay so well. I’ve never stayed in this style of accom and he made us feel safe and comfortable.

Cons:

I would have loved a mini fridge!
