I didn't even stop the night
You name it. I would have been better sleeping on the street
Shower facilities was not good, it's was blocked when you have had a shower water doesn't go down .stay up to your Ankle,we booked 2 night for a friend end up only stay 1 night, wasted my money. It's below 3 star hotels I can say.
The staff were friendly
The room definitely need upgrading. Damp on the walls. Ridges in the carpet.

The room was clean.
No disabled access, the doors to the ramp were locked and guests were not given a key. The ramp was also extremely steep. Very cramped room, furniture badly laid out and television at ceiling height.

Banging microwave door from kitchen at 6 am woke us up
The bedlinen and towels were good quality and clean. The shower room was clean and the water piping hot. It was a chill night and the heating warmed the room up well. We’d traveled a distance so it was good that we had keys to the main door as well enabling us to go out to grab some food.
Text messages before our stay were good and the couple of questions I had were answered promptly.
We weren’t able to have breakfast as we had to leave but the owner made sure we took some pastries with us which was lovely!
The decor in our room was a bit tired but we’d booked one night at short notice on a tight budget. My mattress had a bit of a dip in it but I still slept which was what mattered. The shower room was quite snug and, again, a bit tired but it didn’t affect the function of the room. None of these things would put me off staying there again.
Sea view
Run down, dirty, smelly, poor fire safety, poor facilities, loose carpet and stairs, doors that don’t close properly. Clientele who aren’t paying guests about. Windows with condensation inside the double glazing, windows have not been cleaned.

The dinning room was the best experience, everything was clean and well organized, and food was plentiful and good quality.
The room was awful although the sheets and bed were very comfortable, everything was scratched or worn out, it was damp and dreary, there was no heat at all, I went and asked if the heat was coming on ,in never did and was told it was on a timer, and would come in shortly, the bathroom you had to go down 2 stairs and was narrow, the shower had a overhang in it were you could not stand up straight in it, the water wouldn’t drain away, so once I had soaped myself had to wait 5 minutes for the water to go away otherwise it would of overflowed and split on to the floor, the soap dish wea broken, the shower was nice and hot, the towels were clean and big , had to get in bed to stay warm
It was handy to the lakes, the breakfast was ok and anything the guy looking after the table for toast and drinks was excellent 👌
The room was cold no heat on at nighttime , and condition of the mattress disgusting blood stains on it and dirty was not great , 😑 the shower was ok it work ok but what let it down was the tiles broken and grout black, sliding door on ( en suite ) did not shut the extractor fan never work window can not open so room was very stuffy we stay 3 days had to ask for milk two times but we get it quickly, a lot of cobwebs in the room we not be going back
The staff were incredibly accommodating and so friendly. They had great communication, helping us with a late check in, and even made sure to have a vegetarian option for our included breakfast which we were not expecting. Very lovely hosts!
