The room . It wasn't what you'd expect from a 3 star hotel , there was no bar no lift

Pros:

Although the hotel rooms are old fashioned and the decor a little tired in plrts the place was very clean as was the bedding, towels etc. My single room was larger than I expected and the bed very comfortable. Staff were friendly and always willing to help. As a base for exploring The Lakes it was perfect and great value for money. Breakfast was basic but filling.

Very welcome stay
Pros:

I enjoyed my stay very much the staff was all wonderful and I felt very comfortable they couldn't do enough for you I had a sea view which was fantastic I would definitely stay there again and the front yard was very big and lovely just to sit in the sun have a drink and meet new people. And the breakfast was delicious they had a good selection I'd just like to say thankyou to all the staff for a wonderful stay .

Cheap and cheerful
Pros:

Breakfast included for the price. The staff and view from the room.

Cons:

It needs a good lick of paint and spruce up, but for the price we paid we weren't expecting the 5 star perfection.

2 Overnight stayings 😬

Nun, Mann sagt,wenn man nichts gutes zu berichten hat, sollte man besser gar nichts schreiben. Trotzdem sollte ich ein paar Dinge teilen....

Das Frühstück ist für englische Verhältnisse ganz gut....es gab ein Buffet für's typische English Breakfast 👍dazu Cerealien die sich auf Kellogs Pakungen beschränkte.Dazu O und A Saft.... Also okay....

Das Personal ist allerdings sehr sehr freundlich und stets bemüht deine Wünsche schnell zu erfüllen....DAS war unser Highlight.😅

Cons:

Ehrlich gesagt ist es eine Kaschemme, zwar sauber aber total lieblos gestaltet.
Die Zimmer sind karg und schmucklos....
Betten😳Ich glaube keiner hat heute noch Matrazen mit richtigen Federn. Der Putz fällt von den Wänden. Da müsste echt mal jemand ein kleines bisschen Liebe reinstecken...

Brilliant
Pros:

Having been here before we had no reservations about booking another stay. Staff pleased to see us again. Breakfast excellent.

Cons:

The steps outside very steep as a disabled lady it's hard to get up and down needs grab rails on.
