Great location, nice security.
Pros:

Location was excellent and the room was clean.

Cons:

It was noisy. The room and elevator doors slamming. Talking out on the roof top.
The breakfast was OK, but it was offered after 8AM and it took some time. I needed it sooner than later.

Great location but dreadful single bedroom

Room was not as described on photo on website.
Bed was too large and too close to the wall so I had to walk sideways - luckily, I am slim!
The toilet was made for a child....Impossible to close the door and avail of facilities!!!

Memorable, friendly, safe.
Pros:

The location is fantastic! Stunning hotel! The staff are super friendly and warm. We were pleasantly surprised by the free breakfast (don’t think I’ve ever been offered a free breakfast with any stay) so this was a lovely touch! The roof top terrace was delightful, gorgeous place to sit and have a coffee. The bed was extremely comfortable, the room was very spacious and clean. We will definitely be booking here again on our next trip to London. Highly recommend!

Super option for a family stay
Pros:

The location was great, the rooms were spacious and super clean. Everyday cleaning was fabulous. Heating was also super convenient. The beds were enormous with super comfortable mattresses. The concierge guys were so polite and super helpful.

Breakfast could be better for such a nice hotel
