No. 30 Knightsbridge

الغرف صغيره. عند الحجز مذكور شقة من ثلاث غرف وهي بالواقع ثلاث غرف صغيره جدا وليسة شقه. عند الحجز اخترت شقة مساحتها 70 قدم وعند الوصول تم اعطائنا غرف مساحتها 40 قدم ولكن موظف الاستقبال كان متعاون جدا وغير الغرف لنا إلى غرف اكبر نوعا ما.
كل شئ جميل ماعدا هذي الملاحظه

**The location is excellent, right behind Harrods, and there are cafes nearby. The staff are friendly and helpful. However, the accommodation at No. 30 Knightsbridge was very disappointing. **
I booked **No. 30 Knightsbridge** for my stay from **5 August to 20 August** and have already checked in. Unfortunately, the property is significantly below the standard advertised, and the condition of the accommodation has seriously affected my stay.(Very Poor breakfast, No fridge in the room, No elevator)
The biggest issue has been the **poor condition of the room**. The air conditioning was not functioning properly, making it extremely uncomfortable to sleep. In addition, whenever someone opened or closed a nearby door, my room door would shake and produce a loud metallic rattling noise, repeatedly disturbing my sleep throughout the night.
The room itself is **extremely small**, with barely enough space to accommodate my luggage comfortably. The bathroom also has maintenance issues. In particular, the washbasin tap dispenses hot and cold water simultaneously, making it inconvenient and difficult to use.
Considering the **high price paid for this accommodation**, the overall quality is far below what I reasonably expected. Several facilities advertised by the property were either poorly maintained, not functioning properly, or not adequately cleaned. The cleanliness, maintenance, and general condition of the property do not justify the amount charged.
This has been a **very frustrating and disappointing experience**. While the location and staff were positive aspects, the condition and standard of the accommodation significantly affected my overall stay.
**Overall, I believe No. 30 Knightsbridge offers very poor value for money**, particularly considering the maintenance problems, uncomfortable room conditions, and the standard of facilities provided.

The entrance ought to be the ballroom, has a much better wow factor and the room could do with more plug sockets.

No Ac in the big rooms

The lift was a bit old fashioned with heavy doors.

Le petit déjeuner trop restreint et le manque de Clim dans ma chambre.

كانت تجربتي غير جيدة في هذا المكان ، قبل الحجز تواصلت مع مكان الاقامة و أكدوا لي انه يوجد تكييف لكن تفاجأت عند الوصول انهم حجزوا لي غرفتين متصلتين بدون مكيف و زودوهم بمراوح قبيحة الشكل و قالوا انهم سينقلوني لغرفة اخرى في اليوم التالي .
في اليوم التالي نقلوني لغرفتين غير متصلتين (و هذا لم يكن ما حجزته ) أحدى الغرفتين مكيفها يعمل و الثانية يعمل لكنه حار .
طلبت منهم تغيير الغرفة و غيروها لغرفة بعيدة عن اولادي و مكيفها مزعج جدا .

كانت اقامة غير مريحة خاصة في موجة الحر التي مرت على لندن .
أتوقع لن يواجه الفندق اي مشكلة في فصل الشتاء لكن في فصل الصيف الممرات حارة و الفندق غير مجهز للحرارة .

Breakfast -croissant and pain aux chocolate were not fresh and chewy

When we arrived, we did not get the room I had booked. It was suggested I should ask for a discount, as they had no other rooms available. I said I did not want a discount, just the room I booked. I spoke with Jemima, and she was extremely helpful! She called me and said they had found a room or alternatively, they would issue a full refund. She convinced me to stay.
The new room was nice. But if being really picky, there was no power at the beside tables. There was a roasting hot bathroom radiator, that could not be turned off and it was in the middle of a heatwave. We just kept the door closed. To be fair, perhaps those things could have been resolved but it did not bother me enough to ask.
Bar staff could not speak english.
On our return one evening my partner asked for a bottle of red wine. Our bad, as we should have picked from the menu, but thought it was a bit cheeky that we had been given a £90 bottle. When many were much cheaper.
Lastly I think some families are living there. The room next to us had a family who were in and out all day, with the door slamming relentlessly.
