Amazing Experience for the Price Paid
Pros:

Amazed at the quality of furniture and facilities in the room. The room feels and looks luxurious despite its price. The toilet has a bathtub which is very rare for an OYO hotel outside of Klang Valley. Lovely bed that is large and super comfortable. I love that they have a shower head as well as the waterfall shower on the ceiling. And the water pressure was excellent, too!

Cons:

Nothing on my mind. Maybe the air condition unit control needs to be upgraded. The lighting can be added more as the room may appear dark for working on the laptop.

Beyond expectations!
Pros:

Almost everything was beyond expectations. From the doorstep, your staff are welcoming us with good CXC. All your staff practicing good communication with customers. Room was super nice with top cleanliness. We have a good sleep on night after a long tiring day at hospital muadzam. As for me, i would rated 10/10 for everything from every aspect! Thank you!
