Отель классный, сервису есть над чем работать
Pros:

Сам номер просторный, все качественно сделано, удобные кровати, при заселении было чисто, вид классный , балкон со столиком и стульями, великолепный завтрак, отличное расположение, тишина, близко супермаркет

Cons:

Отсутствовал холодильник в номере. За 4 ночи убирали только один раз , перед нашим отъездом. Даже туалетные принадлежности не приносили, на просьбу не отреагировали, пришлось идти на рецепшн, просить и возвращаться в номер с рулоном туалетной бумаги

Pros:

Tutto perfetto, camera meravigliosa, pulitissima, spaziosa. Aveva anche un balcone molto ampio con vista sulla città. Colazione buona.

The rooms were very spacious, comfortable, and clean. The furniture and facilities felt new, and the sound insulation was excellent, which made the stay very relaxing. There is a tram stop just one minute from the hotel, making it very easy to get around the city. Markets and other convenient stores are also within a one-minute walking distance.

Cons:

The rooms did not include a mini refrigerator, and disposable slippers were not provided. Another downside was that there was no bidet in the bathroom.

Pros:

It’s clean and close to the tram and grocery stores.

Cons:

The bathroom doesn’t have a door so it is literally inside the bedroom separated only with one mirror. If you are lovey dovey birds that’s okay but otherwise you are practically showering with the other person. We asked the staff if it’s possible to move and they informed us we needed to upgrade our room for one with a private bathroom. The descriptions of the rooms are a bit misleading.
