Bella zona a Vienna a 5 minuti a piedi dalla metro, staff cordiale e hotel pulitissimo, stanza con tutti i comfort. Consigliato!

I am very disappointed with my stay at ARCOTEL AQ Vienna.

I paid for my room starting from the previous day because I knew I would arrive early in the morning. However, when I arrived at 8:00 AM, the room was still not available. At reception, I was first told that the room would be ready in three hours, and later I was told to wait another two hours. This was extremely frustrating, especially considering that the room had already been paid for.

Even more disappointing was the housekeeping service. During my entire 5-day stay, my room was not cleaned a single time. When I reported this to the reception desk, I was simply told that they had forgotten to clean it. Such an explanation is unacceptable for a hotel of this category.

The lack of organization, poor communication, and complete absence of housekeeping significantly affected my experience. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel and would not choose to stay here again.
