Pros:

Ein großes Lob an das JUFA Hotel. Der Aufenthalt war rundum gelungen. Das Hotel ist komplett barrierefrei gestaltet – von den stufenlosen Zugängen über die breiten Lifte bis hin zum perfekt ausgestatteten, geräumigen Rollstuhlfahrer-Zimmer (großes Bad mit befahrbarer Dusche und Haltegriffen). Das Personal war super freundlich und extrem hilfsbereit. Auch das Restaurant bietet viel Platz zum Manövrieren. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und vergeben verdiente 5 Sterne

Tolles Hotel, leider schlecht gereinigt.
Pros:

Schönes Hotel, nette Anlage, sehr kinderfreundlich geplant und geführt.
Äußerst freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal überall.
Frühstück und Buffet-Restaurant sind ansprechend, die Kosten für Abendessen recht hoch, dafür gratis für Kinder.
Gute und zentrale Lage, Therme, Stadtzentrum und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig zu erreichen.
Die Zimmer sind solide eingerichtet und gestaltet, bequeme Betten.

Cons:

Einziger, dafür aber sehr großer Kritikpunkt: Die Sauberkeit lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig: Sowohl im Zimmer als auch an den öffentlichen Bereichen ist es schmutzig. Boden, Wände, Balkon, Tische, etc. Das trübt die Urlaubsfreude merklich.

Pros:

The dedicated lockable bike storage room was valuable. Good wine bar and amazing breakfast.
We also could borrow bath robes and towels for the thermal baths for free.
