Pros:

Lage, Frühstück, Parktherme, modernes Haus.

Cons:

Die Matratze war nur mit einem einzigen Leintuch, (das die Matratze immer wieder freigab) , bedeckt! Laut Rezeption sollte das nicht sein und wird dem Personal gemeldet!

Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Wir werden nächstes Jahr wieder dieses Hotel besuchen.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Das Ambiente war auch sehr schön.

Cons:

Die Bedienung des Fernsehers (Fernbedienung) war ein bisschen kompliziert.

Freundliches Personal! Essen war sehr gut, bis auf einziges Mal! Waren 5 Tage da!

Cons:

Das man solange aufs Check-in warten muß obwohl mit Sicherheit keiner in diesem Zimmer ausgecheckt hat! Anscheinend kostet es um die 50 Euro wenn man früher ins Zimmer will(soviel ich gehört habe)! Klima hat auch nicht funktioniert! Außerdem gibt es keine Reinigung ohne Anfrage!

Kein 4 sterne hotel, abendessen -> kein gedeck, die unmotivierte serviererin reicht das besteck in einem Behälter wie in eine billgem bierlokal, abend buffet : ein witz: wenig auswahl, kaum warm, schon zu Beginn halb leer, die Cocktails mit billigem Nektar aus dem Tertrapack, das Kuchenbuffet als Desert: 2 Teller mit Gugelhupf vom Hofer oder so ähnlich, irgendwo auf einem Gästetisch plaziert???? spartanisches Käseangebot, im zimmer keine Papiertücher. Box bis auf 3 leer..etc ... Ambiente Lobby: ....Jugenderberge, lärmende Jugendgruppen ziehen durchs Hotel ....nie wieder

Hotel schön aber Preis-Leistung passt nicht mehr.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und die Zimmer sind schön groß und hell.

Cons:

Der Parkplatz, welcher immer kostenlos war, kostet jetzt 5€.
Das Personal an der Rezeption(am Ankunftstag) war wahnsinnig unfreundlich und nicht besonders kompetent.
Um 15:30 gab es noch kein Menü für das Abendbuffet am SELBEN Tag, man wusste also nicht esse ich im Hotel oder auswärts.
Preis-Leistungsverhältnis(214€ pro Nacht ohne Therme) ist absolut nicht gegeben.
Klimaanlage konnte nicht unter 20 Grad geregelt werden und somit war es unmöglich zu schlafen.
Wir waren kurz nach der Eröffnung schon mal in dem
Hotel und da waren wir sehr zufrieden. Dieses Mal absolut nicht.

In Radkersburg wieder JUFA.
Pros:

Schönes Zimmer und Bad. Großzügige Räumlichkeiten. Gemütliches Restaurant mit gutem Essen und reichhaltigem Frühstück.
