Schönes Hotel gesamt
Pros:

Sehr nettes Personal. Schönes Hotel. Tolle Lage, vor allem mit direktem Seezugang. Schöner Pool.

Cons:

Jammern auf hohem Niveau: Ein Nachtkästchen/Regal über dem Bett und kleine Tische bei den Liegen haben uns ein bisschen gefehlt
Die Handtücher hatten leider Flecken drauf

the hotel failed to provide the room we had booked and paid for. Overall, a disappointing experience.
Cons:

We booked a spacious, quiet lake-view room, but upon arrival the room had an extremely strong sewage smell that made it uncomfortable to stay in. The hotel acknowledged the issue, but their attempt to fix it only masked the odor with air freshener.

After a long discussion, we were moved to another room, which was significantly smaller and faced a busy road and train station instead of the lake. Despite the clear downgrade and inconvenience, no compensation or goodwill gesture offered.

Idealne miejsce na rodzinny przystanek podczas podróży
Pros:

Zatrzymaliśmy się w SeeHotel Urban na jedną noc podczas naszej podróży z rodziną (2+2) i jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z tego wyboru. To obiekt, w którym wszystko jest dopracowane, czyste i przyjemne – od lobby z dużą ilością wygodnych sof, po same pokoje.
Największym atutem okazał się dla nas układ pokoju 3-osobowego z widokiem na jezioro. Rozwiązanie, w którym łóżko piętrowe dla dzieci znajduje się za ścianą, jest absolutnym strzałem w dziesiątkę. Dzięki temu, gdy nasz dwulatek zasnął, my mogliśmy bez przeszkód pograć w gry ze starszym dzieckiem (8 lat), nie martwiąc się o ciszę. Dodatkowym udogodnieniem w pokoju była lodówka, co przy wyjeździe z dziećmi jest bardzo przydatne.
Co ciekawe, na pierwszym piętrze odkryliśmy ogólnodostępną kuchnię z dużą lodówką oraz deskę do prasowania. Wyglądało na to, że mało kto z gości korzysta z tego udogodnienia, a to świetna opcja, zwłaszcza przy dłuższym pobycie.
Hotel jest niezwykle przyjazny rodzinom. Bardzo miłym zaskoczeniem był mały plac zabaw na zewnątrz oraz wewnętrzna sala zabaw, które zajęły nasze dzieci na dłuższą chwilę. Atmosfera w samym obiekcie jest bardzo spokojna i relaksująca – dla niektórych może wydawać się nawet nieco „nudnawa”, ale dla nas był to idealny sposób na odpoczynek od zgiełku.
Jeśli chodzi o udogodnienia, śniadanie oceniamy jako poprawne – jest spory wybór produktów, choć bez fajerwerków. Obsługa hotelu jest bardzo miła i pomocna. Warto też wspomnieć, że lokalizacja jest wygodna, ponieważ w promieniu około 1,5 km znajdują się duże sklepy spożywcze.

Cons:

Warto pamiętać, że do ceny pobytu doliczany jest przy wymeldowaniu dodatkowy podatek od pobytu.

Nagyon hangulatos hely, szèp, nyugodt, a reggeli finom volt, a felszolgálók egèszen kedvesek. Az ágy kènyelmes volt, a gyerekek imádták a galèriát.

Cons:

Sajnos a szobában gombelemet ès kutya jutalomfalatot találtunk a földön. Egy èves kislánnyal voltunk, gondolom nem kell rèszleteznem mennyire nagyon veszèlyes volt ez! Nagyon megijedtünk.
A medence vize nagyon hideg volt.
Az ajtó nem csukódott be csak ha kulccsal rázártunk. Szintèn gyerekekkel....full veszèlyes.

Tolle Lage am See, mit ausreichend Liegen beim privaten Seezugang, freundliche und zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter, großes Frühstücksbüffet

Wenn man einen leichten Schlaf hat, würde ich ein Zimmer mit Blick auf den See empfehlen, da auf der anderen Seite die Bahn vorbei fährt.

Cons:

Habe ein kleines Zimmer mit Doppelbett für 2 Personen gebucht! Bekommen haben wir ein kleines Zimmer mit 1 Bett 1m40cm x 2m dieses Bett ist kein Doppelbett! Eigentlich ein Einzelzimmer und unzumutbar für 2 Erwachsene! Strandtücher waren auch im Zimmer, diese waren extrem dünn und hatten Löcher! Wurden mir dann ausgetauscht!
Werde nicht mehr dieses Hotel buchen!
