Modern, efficient hotel, great for business or solo travel
Pros:

A modern, no-fuss hotel that’s perfect if you want a straightforward stay without much interaction. Check-in and check-out are self-service and very quick. There’s usually just one staff member on site, but they respond very fast on WhatsApp, so if you need anything you just send a message. The room was clean and a decent size (not huge, but comfortable for one person). The location is excellent for anyone visiting the VIC: it’s very close by, and the metro station is just across the road (2–3 minute walk), with the city centre only 5–6 stops away.

Cons:

Don’t expect a traditional hotel experience: there’s limited reception desk, porters or much personal service. Staff are fine but not especially warm. Small extras cost money; even the dental kit is paid for, so bring your own toiletries.

Overall: A good choice if you want a clean, practical, business-style room with quick check-in and easy transport links. Less suited to travellers who want full hotel service. and its good value for your money to be fair.
