Terrific staff, great rooms and flesibikity
Pros:

The staff was so friendly even though we didn’t speak the language and they offered us a female-only spa. They also were flexible about us leaving our bags there overnight while we explored another city

Pros:

The family room was very spacious and we had beautiful views of the mountains. They actually had hooks in the rooms to hang towels and clothes. There is also a drink dispenser on our level supplying cold and hot water. Location was very close to Shilin markets and other local restaurants. There was a Family Mart and 7- Eleven close by, and there was a coffee shop attached to the hotel.

Cons:

They offer coffee but no sugar or milk. I had to go to the family mart to buy our own milk and sugar. Cleanliness was OK but could see a few things they had missed.

Nice hotel!
Pros:

Rooms were very clean and modern. Our rooms were on the top (18th) floor which provided excellent views! Staff was very attentive and professional. There are lovely hot water baths/pools available to females only - Japanese style, so no swimsuits. I was traveling with my two sons (ages 23 and 25) so we chose to have two rooms, as the largest room in the hotel, the “deluxe family suite” had just two double
beds. The room was a decent size though. I would stay here again.

ロケーション最高のホテルでした。
Pros:

士林市場の近くにあるため、夜市観光したい人におすすめです。
さらに、徒歩数分にコンビニが2店舗、ホテルの隣にカフェがあるのも便利でした。
また、部屋も清潔感があり、安心して過ごすことができます。

Cons:

2階に浴場があるのですが、女性専用のものしかありません。
男性は各部屋備え付けのシャワーのみになります。
女性の宿泊者にはおすすめできますが、男性の方は入浴無しなので、そこを納得できるなら満足いただけると思います。
また、部屋のシャワーとトイレの構造について、扉の上下が完全に仕切られていないため、部屋とつながっています。
実際に使用すると湿気や臭いなどあまり気にならなかったですが、気になる方もいるかと思います。
