Pros:

五樓的露臺教堂與泳池，夜間在燈光的點綴下非常美麗!
這次安排時間使用了三溫暖，泳池等設備 (工作人員非常盡心)
三溫暖設備乾淨整潔，游泳池有分區域這樣劃分可以讓游泳運動的大人可以安心放開，玩水的小朋友也可以在合適的區域開心玩耍，這次安排的房間在比較高的樓層，視野很好

Cons:

早餐我們 享用了 二樓的島嶼餐廳，是這次行程中最期待的，基本上餐廳很貼心 會把分量做小 這樣大家就可品嘗多一些項目，估計是我們 九點才到，比較晚了 所以菜盤擺設比較亂!
還有美式咖啡裡面已經沒有咖啡了!其實可以撤了，不然客人走一趟路去拿，結果拿不到會感覺有點可惜，下次知道要儘早去享用

Luxury Stay
Pros:

This is our second stay at HiLai, and we loved it just as much as the first time. The property is new and clean. The staff are professional and helpful. The buffet is fantastic with Western and Asian options that are replenished regularly and kept fresh. Our favorite feature is the perfectly heated pool that is immaculate and excellent for both swimming laps and leisure. No swim cap required!!

Cons:

We don’t love the location in Nangang but LaLaPort offers a variety of dining and shopping options. It’s also conveniently located near the Nangang HSR that makes it easy to get around the island.

整體上很好，只是價錢很貴
Pros:

早餐種類蠻豐富的，有空橋連到Lalaport，不用怕淋雨，缺點是空橋只有平日限定
電視有接一條額外的HDMI延長線可以用

Cons:

電視反應有點慢，遙控器要多按幾次才有反應

國內外住了這麼多飯店的行政樓層，從沒遇過走進去時要我們在一旁等、結果在行政廊等了快兩小時也沒人來確認辦理入住，最後說換了房型，結果在我躺在客廳時突然被另一對房客直接刷卡進房，撥電話給飯店櫃台、一開始還要我們回到櫃台確認？房間我都使用了行李也卸了，如果當下我不在請問這對房客是否就可直接進入我的房間？退房時更幽默了，說準備小禮物表達歉意然後又要我們自己退房後去服務中心領，這到底是把房客當乞丐還是什麼？我不在意我付這房費、我也沒要求房間升等或換房，但一家飯店把預訂房間正確分配和認真道歉應該是最基本的要求，你們的危機處理真的差的可以！

We could not get a reservation for the lunch or evening for the seafood buffet; were told you have to book months in advance, but we had no notice of that. BIG disappointment!!
