Amazing service and very clean rooms
Pros:

Service was excellent and very good. We asked many questions and they helped with answers all the time. On our last day, we had a late flight back home and they even let us use the showers so that we were nice and clean. This was after we had already checked out. Exceptional service

Top Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, guten Anbindung an den Nahverkehr. Gerne wieder :-)

Große Auswahl beim Frühstück und auch ein exzellentes Restaurant für den Abend.

Cons:

Manche Mitarbeiter sprachen nur chinesisch. Das macht es gerade beim Empfang am Restaurant schwierig.

飯店是好飯店，目前雖然新，但服務的溫度不足
Pros:

飯店的位置適中，餐飲服務不錯

Cons:

1.教父牛排不屬於館內餐廳不能掛房帳，很少五星級餐廳不能掛房帳，也許是我住的不夠多
2.房間打掃後備品咖啡沒有補足，貼心度不足

It was really nice and relaxing
Pros:

The property was in good place good ambiance and perfectly views

Cons:

What i don’t like is to have a cash advance although you already paid for the stay that was refundable but I don’t think how long should I wait for the refund didn’t explain also how can I get back the refund

Cons:

1.房務打掃不是很確實，物品表面灰塵、地毯倒灑污漬未處理。
2.晚間10點辦理入住時的櫃檯服務人員，專業度與溫暖度不足，例如對著客人張口打哈欠，不專業的語氣詢問是否有來過，目的是為了指引搭乘電梯的方向。
3.房間電話要聯繫前台、服務務中心、打掃中心…每一個可能接聽電話的單位，響了至少二分鐘都沒有人接電話，重複撥多次才接通。理由是夜間只有一個人…..，偌大的飯店只有一個人實在為將客人的可能需求納入經營考量，而僅在乎營運成本。
