Exceptional
Pros:

This place is located 1km from entry to Rio Claro. Its along main road so if you come by bus they can stop in front if you ask (or catch from there). Room is very clean.

Cons:

There was no of communication from their side (email/sms) but the place exists and someone was there when I arrived.
