Horrible, intimidating, scandalous, hidden costs and extremely poor customer service. I’d rather sleep on the streets of

Absolutely nothing. The staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful. We refused to stay there and left even before we’d seen our room due to the fact that there was a hidden £200 deposit which was NOT mentioned on booking.com. The terms and conditions were essentially impossible to access and there page on booking.com was extremely difficult to navigate.

Cons:

Staff unfriendly. Hidden costs and then we apparently had to pay the £200 deposit despite the fact that we didn’t even stay there. Pressuring people into paying hidden costs is nothing short of daylight robbery.

On arrival I was asked to pay a security deposit,Using my bank card which I did..The young girl at reception couldn't confirm the room otherwise..My group of 3 combined have an age of 185..The girl explained it was for Damages..Apon Check out, I asked when this security deposit of £150 would return to my account. I was told up to 30 days..After confirming no damage had occurred..I checked my account details and it was pending until the day of check out..When it should have been returned..The reception then informed me that they didn't handle the deposit but it went to a third party..I find this unacceptable and found no fault with the Hotel staff with the issue, but definitely with the Hotel corporate policies ..And would like my money returned from them ASAP..
