Great value for money, great location

Pros:

Room very comfortable. Staff very courteous and friendly. Convenient location for tube.

Cons:

Not great view out of window of our room. No decaf tea in room. Stains on spare pillow. Scrambled egg had strange taste!

Maldron: like Premier Inn, only better
Pros:

I've stayed her a few times and occasionally had a room backing onto the rail line which was somewhat noisy. My room this time was nice and quiet and much better for it (room 104). Being chosen as 'VIP of the day' was a nice touch and I did enjoy my free drink in the bar. Comfortable bed, as always, and a nicely appointed room. Good flow in the shower and absorbent towels. Very good value for money.

Cons:

The aircon in the room was still emitting low-level noise even when switched off. The safe wasn't large enough to accept even a small laptop. Other than that, nothing to mention. I slept well and was able to freshen up in comfort and that's pretty much all I ask of a hotel.

Not good
Pros:

I initially booked Malden hotel ,but when I got there they took me to their sister hotel Burkingham Hotel ,there was no aircon ,bed was horrible my back was sore I had to book somewhere ,WiFi is not good at all ,outdated .My question is why collect my money only to be told you have no room available .Paid 440 pounds for this

Pros:

La struttura è posizionata vicino alla stazione della Metropolitana e si raggiunge tutto veramente facilmente e velocemente. Lo staff si è dimostrato disponibile e cortese. La colazione è varia e di ottima qualità sia nel dolce che nel salato. Comodo il fatto che all interno vi sia un ristorante e un bar . La stanza era ampia e corrispondente alla descrizione. Ottima insonorizzazione. Lo consiglio.

My stay is just okay!
Pros:

The staff are friendly and welcoming. The online check-in and check-out is convenient, with no waiting at reception. It is close to the Tube station.

Cons:

The bedroom floor was really dirty, especially sticky, when I walked in. I had to ask the cleaner to clean the floor when we saw her in the morning. Everything else was clean. The hot breakfast selection isn't great. The sausages look pale and off-putting.
