Close to tube station, it was clean and the bed was comfortable
No fridge in the room
Clean and tidy and surprisingly quiet even though on a busy road with train line running right past
The cups… handles too small for fingers to hold properly, and the cast to TV didn’t work - minor things that did not ruin our stay, but would’ve made it perfect - also maybe offer decaf teabags and hot chocolate as alternative drinks?

Location very close to the tube and buses and streets with restaurants. But no noise in the hotel!

Pulizia camera non quotidiana, assenza frigorifero, cattivo odore in camera e impossibilità di poter cambiare aria per finestre bloccate. Mancanza di indicazione e copertura tipologia cibi esposti. Solo 2 marmellate proposte senza indicazione della tipologia. Scarsa proposta dolci. La sera è sconsigliato di uscire zona mal frequentata.
It was a lovely modern and clean hotel, the rooms were spacious with really comfy beds. Very clean, great amenities in the rooms, bottles of water, coffee/tea, biscuits. It was my mums 50th birthday and they went above and beyond leaving her some Prosecco, chocolates and a sweet card. Great value for money, much better than other competitors price and just as nice if not nicer! Wish there were more around London.
Everything was great. Online checking did not send me my QR code to use the pods to get my key however wasn’t an issue as the staff checked me in and were lovely.

I am writing to make a formal complaint regarding our recent stay at your property. My family and I arrived at around 10:00pm after a long journey, tired and expecting a clean, safe, and comfortable place to stay. Instead, we were extremely disappointed by the condition of the accommodation.
The property was filthy, dusty, and clearly had not been cleaned to an acceptable standard. The bathroom floor was dirty, the towels were stained and unclean, and the overall cleanliness was far below what anyone would expect. The bed headboard was broken, and there were exposed wires creating a trip hazard, which is a serious safety concern, particularly for families.
The property is also in desperate need of refurbishment. It feels tired, neglected, and does not reflect the standard advertised. Considering the price we paid, we feel the accommodation was significantly overpriced for its condition and offered very poor value for money.
Had we known the property was in this state, we would never have stayed. Unfortunately, arriving so late in the evening with my family meant we had no realistic option to find alternative accommodation.
Overall, the experience fell well below an acceptable standard and left us feeling extremely disappointed. I would therefore like to request appropriate compensation, including a partial refund, to reflect the poor condition of the accommodation, the safety concerns, and the inconvenience caused.
I look forward to your prompt response and hope this matter can be resolved fairly.

Liked if was convient for location
There was a bad drain smell in my room on the basement floor. I spoke to reception and the night staff guy was very helpful and moved me to a new room which was an improvement.

Struttura moderna e ordinata ma ha lo standard di un 4 stelle europeo. Il bagno veniva pulito tutti i giorni ma i letti non sono mai stati rifatti. Mancava il set accessori doccia (cuffia, ciabatte, ecc.). Non c'è il frigo in camera ma il distributore automatico di bevande nella hall. Colazione basica dolce e più ricca nel salato. Vasta area bar e ristorante aperto anche per la cena.
