Pros:

The newness of the hotel is a pleasant change to most of the hotels I stay in. Most hotels look tired and the up keep is often over looked.

Cons:

There was no toilet brush in my room which, in some cases, may not be great for either guests or your cleaning staff. Also, having a 10% service charge added to my dinner bill without prior consultation needs to be addressed. In most cases, business expenses do not cover the service charge and, also, this is not a typical additional cost for a hotel restaurant.

Perfect calm stopover/short break stay
Pros:

Friendly, efficient and very helpful staff. Rooms and public spaces comfortable , welcoming and clean. Very comfortable bed.The hotel was a lovely calm space in a convenient location with excellent access to major routes and to Caerleon.

Cons:

I can't fault it in any way!

Really relaxing and felt really luxurious for the price.

The design and cleanliness of the hotel. Really comfortable bed. Great public areas. Really friendly reception staff.

Bit too hot in the public areas in the morning. Chargeable parking.

Excellent! Would stay here again 😊
Pros:

I really enjoyed the atmosphere in the dining area, it was relaxed and inviting with very warm lighting. Our room was very big with lots of space to move around. It was easy to get to the location and to the event we attended. The staff were friendly and chatty. The lady that saw us at the desk with the glasses was super friendly explained everything we needed to know and gave us a map for direction to where we were going.

Cons:

The chromecast link didn't work and there were no other ways to watch the tv besides live tv. It wasn't a problem though as we were only there for two nights.

Pros:

The rooms are spacious, well lit, clean and have aircon units.

Cons:

Overnight parking is separate, which is my first time experience for this
