Comfortable and fun

It was clean and overall a comfortable stay

Amazing stay, really comfy and homely feel,

Pros:

Tomasz was a wonderful support at breakfast. Professional, warm and proactive. He remembered everyone's preference.

Cons:

The bathroom was a smell must have been from the pipes but was uncomfortable 😐 I was too tired from the day activity and wanted to freshen up

Clean, modern facilities, looked like it had just been built.

Bed super comefortable, bathroom spacious with powerful shower and plenty of storage in the wardrobes for personal belongings.

The food and room service was also fantastic and staff were very helpful around the desk.

Cons:

The absolutely extortionate parking prices. Nearly £30 on parking is an absolute joke. Nearly cost as much as the whole stay for the room. Scandalous money making racket when alreadh making money from people staying at the hotel.

Also having to deposit a £50 hold upon check in. Should just be able to buy what you want around the hotel wheb you want without having to deposit . Guve me some issues with my bank not clearing transactions, feeling like i been double charged.

Pros:

Loved the room and facilities. Very clean and modern place

Cons:

Staff was very rude when checking key in the morning. Didn't ask how we slept or our stay, just demanded money and too charge my visa card for parking.
As for the meal also more money than the room itself and very poor quality steak and cheesecake was burnt. Not great at all and wait time was terrible for the price we paid at the end

Pros:

Outstanding value for money. The hotel was top quality and I found the staff friendly and helpful at all times. Great size rooms with very comfy beds.
