Lovely rooms, pleasant staff, great location.
Pros:

This was a really pleasant surprise. Friendly staff, great location, excellent, tasteful and spacious rooms. Clean and comfortable. Very good guide about the hotel and the services. Very good breakfast in the lovely dining room.

Cons:

Nothing to do with the hotel, but the new signing-in before arrival is a waste of time. It has no impact and is just an imposition on the guest.

Just don’t!!!!!
Pros:

Staff were very friendly

Cons:

Poor bathroom. Shower tray falling apart. Really noisy room - but worst of all the breakfast was awful- full English tasted of bad old oil - inedible!!!!

Breakfast was pretty good, great location and friendly staff.

Cons:

The pillows were really uncomfortable. the additional bed in the family room was a short bed - not really ideal for any tall teenagers.

Beautiful place to stay.

Cons:

Seated for dinner but very slow to have our orders taken. Still waiting for our drinks when food was served. Food was delicious.
