Just don’t!!!!!
Pros:

Staff were very friendly

Cons:

Poor bathroom. Shower tray falling apart. Really noisy room - but worst of all the breakfast was awful- full English tasted of bad old oil - inedible!!!!

Breakfast was pretty good, great location and friendly staff.

Cons:

The pillows were really uncomfortable. the additional bed in the family room was a short bed - not really ideal for any tall teenagers.

Cons:

Seated for dinner but very slow to have our orders taken. Still waiting for our drinks when food was served. Food was delicious.

Overall pretty nice stay, decent value, comfortable and clean.
Pros:

Comfy bed, nice large room and bathroom, tastefully furnished, most staff friendly

Cons:

Lots of stairs for family room, breakfast was nice but a bit disorganised.

The food wasn't as good. Full of flies. The roast potatoes were dry, and they weren't even busy. The breakfast wasn't anything special. Coffee was tasteless , shame as we used to like this pub.

Whitstable weekend.
Pros:

Amazing location, delicious breakfast and very comfortable bed, extremely clean...couldn't fault it in anyway!!

Cons:

Air-conditioning would have been a bonus but fans were provided.

Cons:

Location and room.
Very noisy around 8am sounded like barrels being delivered. Yes we’re above a pub but wasn’t expecting that nice in the morning when I wanted a quiet slow start. Other then that lovely and quiet!

Lovely hotel that needs heatwave-proofing
Pros:

Lovely little hotel in the perfect location. Beach is opposite the hotel. Boutiques are on either side. Everything is so close. Restaurant and pub are lovely spaces. The room was nice. Staff were friendly.

Cons:

No air conditioning. We stayed here in the middle of a heatwave (3 people in a family room) and the room only had one fan which was not able reach us all. The hotel said they couldn't provide extra fans. There also wasn't a fridge in our room so no way of storing cold water. The windows in our room also didn't open very wide, meaning all round the night was very sweaty and none of us manages to sleep.
