Modernes Stadthotel in zentraler Lage mit freundlichem Personal
Pros:

Der Empfang war überaus freundlich, wir haben sofort viel gelacht und fühlten uns willkommen. Das Haus ist sehr modern, die Zimmer überraschend großzügig. Im Zimmer gab es Kaffee- und Teezubereitung inkl. Keks (wurde auch immer wieder aufgefüllt). Die zentrale Lage quasi am Georg-Square war ideal. Und zur Bahnstation und zum Busbahnhof auch nur wenige Minuten.

Cons:

Das Doppelbett war in der Mitte doch etwas sehr durchgelegen, obwohl alles noch recht neu aussah. Leider war das Gym geschlossen.

Nice room. Disappointing check in
Pros:

Clean and comfortable room. Spacious. Good location. Following initial issues staff were very helpful.

Cons:

Check in was awful. We were going to a gig. Arrived in plenty of time even an hour before check in. Queue was so big we were going to be late so ended up having to leave again and check in after midnight when we arrived back. Needed more staff. Not what I would expect with money we paid for the room.
