Excellent hotel with great breakfast in centre of Glasgow.
Pros:

Very good breakfast. Great location for centre of Glasgow

Cons:

Hotel was very good, it was just immposible to drive in Glasgow city centre due to road works and closures It was ridiculous But that was obviosly nothing to do with the hotel

Great location, rooms were lovely and good shower. Large towels as well

Cons:

£50 deposit taken, wasn't aware of this and comes out bank right away but takes a few days to go back in, could just be held and not taken

Good hotel but beware of extra charge on arrival
Pros:

Staff & location was excellent

Cons:

I didn't appreciate being told on arrival I had to pay £50 deposit on top of my payment for extras. I still have not been refunded.

Delightful
Pros:

The gentleman on duty when we departed very early Tuesday morning was exceptionally kind in helping us navigate transportation to the airport when it appeared our hired transport was not going to show up (which they eventually did). He was very thoughtful and it truly was appreciated!!! I’m sorry that I did not ask his name (3:30am on Tuesday morning).

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral am George Square und am Regionalbahnhof von Glasgow. Die Zimmer sind groß und bequem. In der Halle ist eine schöne Bar, in der man sich gut noch etwas aufhalten kann.

Hotel 10/10 but plan around roadworks and blockades.
Pros:

There’s wasn’t anything I didn’t like to be honest. Beautifully decorated, staff were pleasant and room was lovely. Breakfast was 10/10

Cons:

It’s out of their control but the location was a nightmare to get to because of road closers/works. Ended up paying £40 to leave our car in a car park and walk 15/20 mins to the hotel.
