Hotel was fine. Admin and billing appalling.
Pros:

Buffet breakfast was fine although the coffee machines were a bit shambolic so decided to get coffee from a large urn which I found was empty

Cons:

On checking my credit card account when I returned home I discovered that I had been charged twice which amounted to over £900 pounds so I telephoned reception three times no reply. Eventually I telephoned the bookings and I eventually got an Irish Gentleman to whom I explained the problem. He told me it would be Monday 18th August before it could be dealt with. This is not good enough. Poor admin from your reception staff meant I have been charged twice. If you can’t sort out a simple bill then I’m sorry I can’t see us being back. This is hassle I don’t need in my life at 73 years of age. It just made our 50th wedding anniversary a bit spoiled.

Not worth the cost
Pros:

It was clean.

Cons:

- we booked it months ago for the location near George Square even though it wasn’t cheap. However St George Square is completely closed off for upgrades and there are roadworks all around. We should have been advised of this.
- they charged 25 pounds for an early check in (and then tried to charge it twice.)
- had we checked in at 3.00 we would have been there for ever as there were bus tours checking in at that time.

Great location, well appointed hotel, indifferent staff
Pros:

Good location and well appointed hotel

Cons:

Our room had an interconnecting door. On one night the noise from the next room was terrible. The desk staff were fairly uninterested and not very welcoming

Great location, nice room, great breakfast, make a coffee in your room to take down to breakfast!
Pros:

The breakfast choice was great. Lots of hot options but only one toaster.

Cons:

The coffee machines kept breaking down, either needing the pod chamber emptied or the water needing filled - we needed to find a staff member to help with this. So lots of hanging trying to get a cup of coffee.

I have complian for 3 co consecutive nights that my bed is completely uncomfortable, and I'm suffering from back pain.,could not sleep the matterss had big hole in it that extremely uncomfortable to sleep in , there was no help or support
It is very sad to see the response like this from such hotel

Polecam bardzo!
Pros:

Przesympatyczna pani Magda w recepcji, inne panie też są bardzo kontaktowe! Lokalizacja hotelu jest idealna!
Śniadanie bardzo dobre, boczek, kaszanka i pieczarki oraz szynka serrano i pastrami, dla mnie, wow!

Cons:

może za miękki materac, ale po zmianie na drugą stronę, nie powinnam się czepiać...
