Cons:

Hotel room has ventilation issues causing us not able to sleep the first night. The reception asked us to wait for maintenance to come and with more than a hour wait, there’s no maintenance. They then told us no one will be coming and that’s until then how we are being offered another room. Strange that we need to wait for maintenance as well instead of offering a new room when we addressed the issue from the beginning.

Location and good quality breakfast with plenty of diversity

Location to city centre

Cons:

The bar closes at 11:00 pm even midnight would have been nice. Although the small refrigeration units and the member of staff on evening reception was a good fall back and he was very helpful

Warm, friendly, clean and in great location
Pros:

Great location. Lovely ambiance. Staff all very welcoming, helpful and friendly from reception to housekeeping to staff at breakfast. Very clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Pillows in need of replacing as bit lumpy.
Sink slow to empty maybe plumbing issue
