Excellent position, good for a few days stay.
Pros:

The location was excellent, close to the city centre, but just far from the noise and the chaos. In the neighbourhood, though, lots of addicts, and I witnessed an unpleasant fighting episode in a nearby grocery store.
Close to train station and many taxis nearby.
Staff was kind enough to provide information and to book a taxi for our early leaving.
The fridge in the room.
The hotel had many services, bar etc, though we didn't made use of them.

Cons:

The room was comfortable, but it didn't have opening windows. We asked whether it was possible to change room, but there was none available. There was also no proper wardrobe in the room.
There was a misunderstanding about the precautionary deposit, but the staff was kind and helpful throughout.
One of the bedsheets was stained, it was promptly changed upon our request.
A little overpriced overall.

Colchones inaceptables y personal atento

Fantástica ubicación

Cons:

Colchones de espuma nefastos, te hundías y se inclinaba hacia el exterior. El personal del hotel muy amable nos cambió de habitación pero los colchones seguían siendo deficientes en una de las dos camas. Nos trajeron una supletoria de muelles que no pudimos ni usar por su incomodidad.

As our party booked separately the hotel hadn’t known that we were a party of three couples and changed the rooms so we were all on the same floor

Stayed for a wedding which was excellent, could have done with a night cap after reception but we were told the bar was
