Fellesareal var spartansk, hotel korridoren var trist. Ingen fasiliteter eller betjening. Vanskelig å komme inn på rommet med digital nøkkel på mobil som ikke virket før etter 10 forsøk. Gardiner som er lystette, men går ikke helt opp eller sammen så veldig mye lys. Vil ikke bo her igjen pga pris i forhold til forventet
Wonderful place to stay. The room was very spacious, clean, exceptionally well-equipped. The bed was so comfortable, the shower was very powerful. TV was large and there was a small kitchen as well as a small table and chairs. There was complimentary tea and coffee in the room. We were also able to leave our luggage in a secure room while we waited for check in time. The area was very nice - not too far from the underground train and there was an excellent supermarket nearby. We had such a great experience at this accommodation- thank you. Would absolutely stay again and would highly recommend.

Very thoughtful amenities were included. The washereria was a nice perk for catching up with laundry.
The up keeping especially when clearing out full trash bins around the facility could have been improved.

Location and access to the room were straightforward and convenient.
The room itself was quite small, and although it was adequately furnished, it was not necessarily designed for lounging there, as the bench was functional but not especially comfortable. If you have to spend time in your room, I would recommend the common area to read or lounge, as they have nice couch and seats. The bathroom lacked hooks, shelves or counter space to be conveniently functional. Also, we were surprised by the design decision of such a small doorless shower, which resulted in a good portion of the bathroom floor getting wet with the shower splash.
Last thing: we tried to get some more tea, but the AI chat was very not helpful. We were told there's no clear refill pantry. At some point, I think a human suggested looking into the laundry room, which had towels and such, but no tea or sugar. We looked into the common kitchen, but stocks were depleted as far as we could figure. I guess this anecdote is the result of running a no/low staff operation.
Overall functional, but room for improvement.

La ubicación es muy buena cerca del subte, el studio tambien muy comodo y completo.
La cama es un poco pequeña para dos personas y el desayuno en caso de tomarlo debería tener una opción inhouse ya que queda a 4 cuadras y de llover bastante como nos tocó un dia se dificulta.
The room was spacious enough and all essential elements were there! The bathroom was the same, especially the shower (although the shower door were tricky).
Everything was clean and the room was bright (3 windows in total). Extra set of towels was nice and the welcome gift of specialty coffee as well.
The hotel is located closed to the metro line and a nice park.
The biggest plus for me: it was very QUIET place. Inside the hotel and the overall area - none was disturbing us and we spent a nice time there. I strongly recommend if you prefer peace over party areas.
Small thing: there was no broom in the room to clean a bit during the stay.
Could be a bigger thing: I didn't see any AC. Our stay was in May and we could just open windows to let cold and fresh air. It could be a problem if temperature outside is >23 degree (maybe there is some option, but I missed it).
If you are not familiar with self check-in and electronic way to open the apartment door etc. - it may be an issue for you.
Ho apprezzato la compattezza della stanza, ma con tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno. L'albergo era molto vicino a supermercati e stazione metro, facilmente raggiungibile dall'aeroporto. Inoltre, a causa di un problema con lo smartphone, sono riuscito a contattare anche il servizio online, che mi ha prontamente aiutato, mettendomi del tutto a mio agio.
Per una settimana di soggiorno sarebbe gradito il cambio di asciugamani almeno una volta. La comodità del letto andrebbe migliorata.
