The apartment was clean and tidy, and with most of the amenities you need during a short stay. Check-in and check-out experience was very easy and smooth. The location was nice and well served with public transportation. There are multiple groceries and kiosks nearby.

There were no cooking basics such as salt and pepper and cooking oils, which makes it wasteful and environmentally unsustainable if every guest have to buy their own and throw it out at the end. There were no complementary tea bags and coffee bags as well in the facility room. Air-conditioning was missing which could have improved the place a lot.

Quartier peu animé
Although not in the city centre, the apartments are conveniently located near a metro station on the M3 line, so easy to travel around the city, and also access regional trains. There are also supermarkets and coffee shops within walking distance.
The apartments are well appointed, with small kitchenettes. Our host Bob (via AI) was available to answer our questions at all hours. We also appreciated having access to laundry facilities (free of charge).
The contactless/ keyless access was a little tricky for older international travellers like us (with intermittent internet access).
We also found the boxed in bed a little difficult to negotiate (but it was comfortable once we were in it).
It was very convenient, clean and had everything I needed. The instructions were great and staff very responsive. It was also very quiet, and I really appreciated that I could just walk out on the last day.
This is being extremely picky, but I would have loved to have had some normal black/breakfast tea amongst the free tea bags.

We were happy with everything but had a little hard time with opening the door to the room until we got a tag/key, then it was easy to open.

La struttura era come nelle foto. Accogliente e funzionale. La comunicazione tramite wp per necessità ha funzionato perfettamente.
La struttura ha anche a disposizione diverse possibilità di cui usufruire:
- terrazza per tutti, lavanderia, deposito bagagli e cucina in comune se non hai l'appartamento.
La doccia negli appartamenti è aperta ma essendo il bagno molto grande non ci ha dato problemi.
