Ο τύπος του δωματίου ήταν πολύ ωραίος ,η ιδιωτική πισίνα ήταν πολύ καλή και καθαρίζονταν καθημερινά γεγονός που με χαροποιήσε αρκετά . Το πρωινό πολύ ωραίο με επιλογές για όλους και με μεγάλη ποικιλία. Επίσης,η κεντρική πισίνα του ξενοδοχείου πολύ ωραία που χωρίζεται σε διάφορα τμήματα και πολύ καθαρή επίσης. Το ξενοδοχείο ήταν πεντακάθαρο ,το προσωπικό πολύ ευγενικό και σίγουρα θα ερχόμουν ξανά εκεί να μείνω.

Cons:

Εντόπισα μερικά αρνητικά σημεία. Πρώτον στο δωμάτιο ένα φωτιστικό είχε σπασμένο καπέλο, στο κρεβάτι ένα από τα δύο λαμπάκια στα κομοδίνα ,δεν λειτουργούσε , και στον πάγκο είδα μερικά μυρμήγκια.

Pros:

Yleiseltä uima-altaata näkyvistä kauniista maisemista pidimme eniten. Yleinen allas-alue on viihtyisä. Huone siivottiin päivittäin hyvin. Suurin osa henkilökunnasta oli mukavia. Aamupala oli hyvä ja monipuolinen. Oma uima-allas oli kiva lisä.

Cons:

Varasimme huoneen merinäköalalla ja yksityisellä uima-altaalla. Merinäköala puuttui ja otimme asiasta heti yhteyttä hotellin vastaanottoon ja he lupasivat palata asiaan seuraavana päivänä. Näin ei kuitenkaan käynyt ja laitoin majoituspaikalle bookingin kautta 2 viestiä mutta en saanut vastausta. Seuraavana päivänä otin yhteyttä jälleen hotellin vastaanottoon, jolloin he pyysivät minua ottamaan yhteyttä booking.comiin asiasta, koska he eivät voi asialle tehdä mitään. Otin yhteyttä booking.com asiakaspalveluun kaksi kertaa ja sieltä selviteltiin asiaa hotellin kanssa. Lähetin booking.comin pyynnöstä myös kuvia huoneesta, joka meillä oli. Booking comin asiakaspalvelija ja hotellin johtaja eivät päässeet yhteisymmärykseen tilanteen selvittelyssä.
Jouduimme itse useaan otteeseen selvittämään asiaa, koska hotellin johtaja väitti meillä olevan sen huone minkä olimme bookin.comilta varanneet.
Loppujen lopuksi saimme varaamamme huoneen lisäksi tavallisen hotellihuoneen merinäköalalla 2 yön ajaksi, jossa oli paha homeen haju ja piti pitää öisin parvekkeen ovea auki tämän vuoksi. Hyvää asiassa kuitenkin oli se, että meille tarjottiin toista huonetta neuvoteltuamme itse asiasta.
Hotellin johtajan käytös oli huonoa meitä kohtaan asian hoitamisessa.
Bookin.comin ratkaisu asiaan oli antaa heidän sovelluksen lompakkoon 123,55 e rahaa kysymättä meiltä asiasta mitään.
Toivottavasti smy hotels and suites ei enää myy jatkossa huonetta yksityisellä uima-altaalla ja merinäköalalla, koska merinäköalaa ei ole.
Koemme tulleet tietyllä tavalla huijatuksi, koska emme saaneet huonetta merinäköalalla vaikka varauksessa niin luki. Emmekä saaneet myöskään rahallista hyvitystä, koska hotelli ei siihen suostunut. Huoneen peruutus ei ollut mahdollista, vaikka sitäkin pyysimme.
