Rien, même pas le personnel pas à l'écoute du client surtout quand Il y a des réclamations, aucune table dressée pour le petit déjeuner c'est nous qui mettons notre cet de table je n'ai jamais vu ça, quand au verre de rosé que je prenne c'était jamais le même prix avant de dire le prix ils voulaient savoir si c'était en carte ou en cache ça passait de 6€,8€ ou 10€ comme je payez en cache bref je suis très dessus pour une fois que j'avais la chance de partir 10 jour même en faisant des réclamations les premiers jours de mon arrivée pas une fois un geste commercial voilà mon cauchemar

Au niveau de l'hébergement était loin de ressembler au même état que sur les photos.
Salle de bain, baignoire balnéo mais que baignoire plus ressembler à une douche un bouchon pour baignoire qui ne s'adapte pas au siffon très vétuste. Des ampoules qui ne fonctionnent pas.
Patio ventilateur plafond rouillé et qui ne fonctionne pas. Piscine privée qui se vide toute seule donc impossible de sans servir le matin le technicien venait la remplir au tuyau d'arrosage piscine a refaire peinture qui part au fond du bassin les évacuations du trop plein dégueulasse
Bref très dessus de mes vacances trop cher pour la vétusté du logement des le premier jour j'avais qu'une hâte de rentrée chez-moi

Ein traumhafter Aufenthalt mit hervorragendem Service, wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt und können die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das unglaublich freundliche und herzliche Personal, das unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Das Zimmer war schön, sehr sauber und gemütlich. Die Lage ist perfekt und die gesamte Anlage ist wunderschön gestaltet und gepflegt. Auch das Frühstück hat uns mit seiner guten Auswahl und Qualität überzeugt.

xcellent séjour ! Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cet hôtel. Le personnel est extrêmement accueillant, souriant et toujours disponible pour répondre à nos demandes avec gentillesse.

L’hôtel est magnifique, très bien entretenu et offre un cadre vraiment agréable. Tout était impeccable du début à la fin de notre séjour, ce qui nous a permis de profiter pleinement de nos vacances.

Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour son professionnalisme et son accueil. Nous recommandons cet établissement sans hésiter et reviendrons avec plaisir !

Excellent location, excellent room, excellent people
Pros:

Excellent location. Staff were great- the room was clean and they come in and clean with new towels every day. Reception staff are friendly and happy to help at all times. Pool area is lovely.

La posizione dell'hotel davvero strategica, sei vicino a tutto ed è davvero comoda, la vista su tramonto impeccabile il servizio di noleggio auto/motorini/quad davvero comoda e funzionale.

Per quanto riguarda la pulizia delle stanze un bel tasto dolente, la prima notte quando siamo rientrati in camera abbiamo trovato un invasione si mosche volenti in tutto il bagno, abbiamo fatto presente il problema allo staff che in tempi non troppo celeri si è procurato uno spray che abbiamo dovuto (NOI) spruzzare in tutto il bagno.
Lo spray ha funzionato perchè le mosche sono morte nel giro di qualche secondo, il problema è che poi nessuno ha avuto la premuta di venire a pulire il cimitero di mosche che avevamo in bagno, o almeno di procurarci una scopa per pulire.
comunque il problema si è ripresentato la sera seguente, ma abbiamo intuito che con la luce del bagno costantemente accesa le mosche non arrivavano, dunque se non volete un invasione di mosche dovete tenere H24 la luce del bagno accesa... un grande spreco di energia ma inevitabile.
