Location to beach was spot on, decent room size and beds, balcony space is ideal.

Cons:

Set meals for breakfast (maybe due to season time), bathroom needs some maintenance/repairs due to rotten cupboard space, black mould in shower area and sliding door to shower needs replacing for something simpler, bedroom cupboard/wardrobe space need replacing due to rotten/mould, cracked and loose tiles on flooring.

Location onto the beach was ideal, staff were friendly, decent sized rooms and beds, nice balcony space. Price was reasonable.

Cons:

For the price that I paid. I was expecting a nice,comfortable room. Especially the comfort room.

The entire room. My daughter ended up having a bite on her eyes and itchy skin. (Bedbugs). The comfort room shower is broke even the doors. The aircon and tv is not working properly. Worse hotel we ever stayed in boracay
