Pros:

The hotel is brend new, all smart, verry nice and clean, perfect location, right in the city center, if we had a standard room with the day light coming into room and not room in the bellow grounf floor it would be a perfect. Breakfast is pretty good, not too many things but everything is fresh,hot and tasty.

Cons:

When I made a booking for a standard room there was no warnning that the room will not have a day light. Having a window that is faced to a tall wall is absolutly something that I should know before booking.

Pros:

La ubicación excelente y práctica, todo súper limpio y el personal muy amable.

Cons:

Por decir algo, el tamaño dr la habitación. Es súper pequeña... pero para ser un hotel de ciudad en el que solo paramos a dormir, suficiente.

A lovely hotel but the staff have some issues around personal boundaries
Pros:

1. The position was 10/10 in Monastiraki close to everything.
2. The room was a junior suite and was a good size.
3. The bed was very comfortable

Cons:

1. The air conditioning was sub par. It took the heat off the room but it was not up to western standards when the weather outside was 33 degrees.
2. The shower leaked, which is pretty normal for European hotels, but there were not enough towels to mop up the inevitable water on the floor after every shower.
3. The staff were constantly inquiring into every aspect of our stay to the point that it felt like our privacy was breached. We really felt uncomfortable. I’ve never experienced anything like it before in many years of hotel stays. Having said that, the staff were mostly friendly.
4. However on day 2 my partner and I were verbally upbraided by a female staff member at breakfast for storing some eggs which we had bought, in the bar fridge of our room. How this made any difference to her I don’t know. But the next day she apologised and offered to buy us coffees which were not part of the breakfast menu.
5. The breakfast was good, but I always felt like they were slow to fill up once levels were getting low. If you got to breakfast late there wasn’t much left to eat

Unfortunately, we don’t feel the value matched the cost.
Pros:

We were really excited to stay here, especially given the price, but unfortunately it didn’t live up to our expectations.

The hotel itself has a beautiful aesthetic and is thoughtfully designed, but the experience fell short in several important areas. The shower floor was extremely slippery and felt like it hadn’t been cleaned thoroughly. The bathroom exhaust fan was covered in dust and didn’t work at all, and the air conditioning in our room was also not functioning. During the Athens heat, that made for a very uncomfortable stay.

While the design of the room was attractive, the bathroom layout was impractical and not very user-friendly. Overall, the hotel looks great in photos, but for the premium price we paid, we expected much better maintenance, cleanliness, and comfort. Unfortunately, we don’t feel the value matched the cost.

Pros:

Close to all the attractions in the area

Cons:

היו באזור עבודות בכביש שסירבלו את הגישה למלון - המלון לא הודיע מבעוד מועד. הייתה הפסקת מים לכמה שעות שלא באשמת המלון. התחזוקה לוקה בחסר, אין מקום לתלות מגבות בטוש, אין מקום להניח שמפו. באחד החדרים המים זלגו מחדר הרחצה לחדר .... והייתה אורחת נוספת שהתלוננה על אותה בעיה גם אצלה. ריצפת הטוש לא נקייה ( כתמים) . היו לנו בחדר נמלים. ארוחת בוקר דלה ביותר. החדר נחשב גדול אך צר וארוך....אין מרפסת והנוף לבניינים וגגות. בעלות ששילמנו או בתוספת קטנה אפשר למצוא בית מלון הרבה יותר טוב.

Other than the incorrect information we were initially given about the rooms we reserved,it was good
Pros:

The breakfast was very good. The champagne given to celebrate the anniversary of 2 of our family was very thoughtful.

Cons:

The older staff person setting up the breakfast was very unfriendly and not helpful.

Hôtel bien situé. En revanche, le personnel de ménage était parfois peu agréable et la propreté pourrait être améliorée.

Bien situé, proche de tout.
Le personnel de l’accueil était très chaleureux.

Cons:

Le ménage est malheureusement fait qu’en surface, malgré nos remarques rien n’a été rectifié.
Le personnel de ménage nous pressait parfois que ce soit pour quitter la chambre ou le buffet.
