Lovely hotel, reception staff so nice but limited dining offering or facilities
Pros:

Nice Room, lovely area of Samos, very quiet so perfect for relaxing. All reception staff were amazing

Cons:

I didn’t mind that you used the pool in main hotel, or the breakfast but the rooftop restaurant offering was so limited, menu didn’t change much aside from one or 2 theme night , little to no vegetarian offerings and times of open changed multiple times due to staffing issues

Loved our stay!
Pros:

Very clean property, convenient, nice breakfast. Very close to the beach (2 mins walking) and to the shops/restos.

Cons:

The bathroom layout was very inconvenient. There was no proper separate bathroom area, with the washbasins located directly next to the bed. Every time we washed our hands or used the sink, water would splash around the room. The toilet also had glass doors, which offered very little privacy. If one person needed to use the bathroom during the night, the light, noise, and washing of hands would inevitably wake the other person up. Overall, the design was impractical and repeatedly disrupted our sleep.

Pros:

Bell edificio, moderno , camera ben arredata con vista sul porto e la spiaggia, con bagno in camera e un bel balcone. Personale accogliente cortese e professionale. Colazione nella struttura vicina a buffet eccellente con pagamento a parte per centrifughe e espresso ( forse questo visto il costo si poteva evitare). Ottima esperienza

Price performance and good quality hotel
Pros:

Breakfast was amazing!
Really helpful and positive staff :)
Cozy and comfy bed and rooms.
Welcoming drinks and fruits. It was really good.!
Location easy to access.

Cons:

Check out time should be 12:00. 11:00 was a bit early...

Tolle Zimmer, super Essen. Gegend und Strand naja...
Pros:

Die Zimmer waren wunderschön, modern und geräumig und das Essen war ebenfalls perfekt, sehr lecker und große Auswahl. Hier habe ich überhaupt nichts auszusetzen. Auch das Personl war äußerst freundlich und hilfreich bei Fragen. Es gab auch Themenabende, die toll umgesetzt wurden.

Cons:

Die Anlage ist zwar schön, die Daybetten toll, aber es ist alles sehr klein, am Pool lag man eng an eng wie die Sardinen. Der Strand, den man über die Straße erreicht hat, war nicht sehr ansprechend. Zwar waren die Strandmöbel sehr schön, allerdings sah die Umgebung neben dem kleinen Strandabschnitt nach Baustelle aus, alte Boote standen herum. Wir haben uns dort nicht sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Gegend an sich ist leider auch nicht gerade schön, aber es gibt nicht weit entfernt (10 Minuten mit dem Auto) einen netten Beachclub und die Promenade, die man fußläufig erreicht, war auch ganz schön.

Nice hotel in Karlovasi, breakfast should be improved.
Pros:

Erato is a new hotel which is part of Samian Mare, therefore rooms and furnitures are new. They upgraded us to a new room with jacuzzi and view for our last night which was a really nice gesture.

Cons:

There are some improvement points:
- There was a unpleasant smell in our room with an acceptable level (therefore we didn't ask a room change) but this should definitely be checked. Reason was unclear for us but most probably from toilet ventilation.
- The breakfast varieties were limited and quality was not suitable for hotel's general quality. Greece has very nice fresh products, cheeses, olives, etc. However, we didn't see that variety in the breakfast. They were not on good quality and not very tasty.
- 2 hotels (Erato and Samien Mare) are using the same pool area, therefore it was always crowded and people were waiting on the queue around 10am (pool opening time) to be able to grab a seabed.
One point to consider for travellers;
- Karlovasi is located on the western part of the island which makes the transportation difficult and long for the eastern part (Vathi, pythogorian, airport, psili ammos, etc.). If you are planning to visit different parts of the island, you may consider to choose another hotel from middle part or eastern part of the island.

Amiamo Karlovasi e Samo
Pros:

Aspetti molto positivi: gentilezza dello staff, posizione comoda, balcone vista mare, spiaggia attrezzata a disposizione gratuitamente, pulizia, ambiente piacevole e tranquillo, frutta e vino di Samo offerti all'arrivo in stanza. Colazione e piscina erano forniti in un albergo "gemello" distante dieci passi dall'hotel.

Cons:

Aspetti non graditi/implementabili: Il bagno "destrutturato" con i lavandini direttamente nella camera (scomodo: preferisco la privacy di un bagno tradizionale); la colazione con minima offerta per dieta senza glutine e dieta vegana (ci hanno procurato su richiesta il pane senza glutine; non c'era scelta di bevande vegetali, anche per questo bisognava chiedere). Suggeriamo di migliorare l'inclusivita del servizio colazione per rendere l'esperienza perfetta e soddisfacente per tutti.

Sehr gut. Ich würde immer wieder kommen.
Pros:

Unglaublich bequeme Betten.
Kostenloses Late Checkout und früher eingecheckt als in den Check in Zeiten.
Große Zimmer und ein sehr freundliches Personal

Das Frühstück war gut aber nicht sehr vielfältig.
