Pros:

Clean rooms and helpful staff. The beach is right across the street and you have umbrella and sunbeds from the hotel(you just pay for some consumption from the bar). There are a lot of free parkings around it, you can park on the street as well, if there are spaces.

Cons:

The rooms are a bit small, but that is not a big of an issue if you spend your day at the beach.

Pros:

Let’s say the water in the sea, close to the hotel, is very clean.

Cons:

Smell, lots of bugs smashed on the walls, very very very small, don’t know why there is a check box for extra bed because there is no space, sofa is super bad and trough the sponge can feel the wooden parts of it.

Pros:

Das Zimmer ist neu renoviert,schönes Lichtkonzept, guter Fernseher, schöne Einrichtung.

Cons:

Zimmer roch nach Schimmel, deswegen gab es wohl auch einen Luftentfeuchter.Für Menschen mit empfindlichen Bronchien ein No-Go! In der Nacht war es sehr hell im Raum, Licht schien vom Flur ins Zimmer, weitere Lichtquellen: Klimaanlage, Luftentfeuchter und Notausgangsschild. Außerdem waren der Luftentfeuchter und die Klimaanlage laut und störten den Schlaf. Auch insgesamt alles sehr hellhörig. Morgens um 7 Uhr fingen die Reinigungskräfte laut an zu putzen, der Putzraum lag genau gegenüber unseres Zimmers, es fanden lautstarke Unterhaltungen statt. Außerdem hallten die Geräusche der Kaffeemaschine im Eingangsbereich und Unterhaltungen, die an der Rezeption stattfanden,bis in unser Zimmer. Die Türen ließen sich nicht leise schließen. Ruhezeiten wurden von anderen Gästen nicht eingehalten.
Das Bad ist sehr klein und war auch nicht wirklich sauber. Der Balkon bietet wenig Privatsphäre, keine wirkliche Abtrennung zwischen den Balkonen, andere Gäste laufen an einem vorbei. Auch hier sollten die Ecken richtig gereinigt werden. Der Ausblick auf das gegenüberliegenden Haus ist nicht schön.
Der Kaffee im Haus könnte für Gäste wirklich etwas günstiger sein..kostet 5 Euro.
Die Betten sind sehr weich.

Pros:

Comfortable facilities inside for beach type holiday, location, own beach with beach bar, design, roll type windows to isolate from light and noise... spatious terrace with shadows... room lights... plus so much more!

Cons:

Quiet from outside noise, but not so good isolation between rooms. Sometimes problems with hot water at the shower.

Pros:

Top lokacija, hotel se odlično održava, čistoća je za čistu desetku. Komarnici svuda, klima, kao i plafonski ventilator sve baš kako treba. Imaju i hotelske ležaljke koje su gratis uz poručeno piće.

Cons:

Mala zamerka, terasa je lepa i prostrana ali izložena pogledima susednih terasa.

Място, на което си заслужава да се върнеш
Pros:

Чудесно местоположение, 50 м до плажа, чист хотел, много по-чист от доста 5 звездни хотели, които съм посещавала, любезен персонал, на плажа-чадър, 3 шезлонга и плажен стол за 16 евро на първа и втора линия, на трета и четвърта- по 14 евро, като в тази цена е включена консумация; броя на стаите в хотела, явно са съобразени с чадърите на плажа, по което и време да отидехме, имаше свободни. Перфекно място за почивка. За Неа Плагия, селцето явно е имало някъде в миналото "звездни години", сега изглежда като позападнало, но има 2-3 супер кръчмички с чудесна храна на 5 мин. от хотела, има всичко за една прекрасна почивка. Няма типичните атракции по морските курорти, тихо и спокойно място започивка. А, за да съм максимално обективна, да кажа и за плажа-широка пясъчна ивица, но брегът на морето е малко каменист,около 1 метър на влизане и на 10 крачки става доста дълбоко, 1.50 м.

Cons:

Няма нещо, което да не ми е харесало, да ме е притеснило или да ми е помрачило почивката.
