Unfortunately, our stay was a very disappointing experience and far from what we expected based on the description and photos shown on Booking.com.

First of all, check-in was stated as 2:30 PM on Booking.com, while at the reception it was displayed as 1:30 PM. We arrived around 1:30 PM. Since it was extremely hot outside and I was traveling with my mother and my 3-year-old child, I asked the receptionist if we could wait inside the reception area until our suite was ready. She agreed. However, when I went outside to bring my mother and child in from the car, she locked the reception door and did not open it again, even though I rang the bell. I found this behavior extremely unpleasant and difficult to understand.

At 2:30 PM, another staff member arrived and initially tried to give us a completely different room from the suite we had booked and paid for. I showed her our Booking.com reservation, and fortunately they quickly tried to correct the mistake.

When we finally entered our suite, the housekeeper was still there trying to finish some cleaning. Unfortunately, the condition of the suite was unacceptable. The jacuzzi was dirty, there was dust everywhere, and the kitchen had practically no basic equipment — no plates, mugs, spoons or other essential utensils.

When we asked about the missing kitchen items, we were told that the previous guests had stolen everything. For us, this was further evidence that the suite had not been properly checked, cleaned and prepared before our arrival.

The air-conditioning units were also extremely dirty. The air coming from them was full of dust and humidity, and black particles were actually coming out of the air conditioner. The following day, we all became sick, which made our stay even more unpleasant.

Regarding the swimming pools, the outdoor pool included with the stay was very small and also dirty. We then discovered another much larger swimming pool, photos of which are displayed on Booking.com.

Väldigt bra läge samt havsutsikt
Pros:

Rummet var fräscht och fint. Underbar säng. Tv, vattenkokare och kyl. En liten balkong med härlig utsikt över havet. Trevlig personal samt parkering utanför och en liten strand.

Cons:

Δεν δούλευε καλά το internet. Δεν είχαμε σχεδόν καθόλου σήμα, και με το wi-fi το ίδιο.

Lovely apartment but facilities slightly lacking
