Very disappointing experience. I woke up after my first night covered in multiple itchy, raised bites on my legs that significantly worsened throughout the day. Based on the appearance, timing and a visit to my doctor mentioned they were caused by bed bugs. My sister was staying in another room with her husband and found a live bed bug in their bed. Also the stained carpets throughout the hotel, including in the room, also gave the impression that cleanliness and hygiene were not being properly maintained. What made the experience even worse was the lack of a delicate and professional response from management. This incident disrupted my travel plans and caused unnecessary stress. I hope the hotel takes this seriously and thoroughly inspects the rooms to prevent other guests from going through the same experience.

The hotel is well designed with beautiful details. Our room is spacious, looking just like the pictures. The view from the room and the rooftop are both incredible. Very good breakfast, nice cocktails and friendly bar staff.
Unfortunately there were some electrics issue during our stays - Wifi was not working (cut off every 5 mins then wont be able to reconnect, outlets won't work by one side of the wall, speakers are not working on the rooftop (not big deal for us and actually give a nice silence time). hope they can fix this soon, then it will be perfect.

Amazing rooftop with a view of the acropolis and great drinks & breakfast buffet included in our rate! Rooms were well sized and the whole hotel had very nice interiors. Lovely staff too!
The carpet on our floor needs a refresh.

Un lieu magnifique, art-déco, les chambres sont toutes aussi belles et propre que l’établissement. Un superbe roof top avec vu sur l’acropole où il est à la fois possible de petit déjeuner le matin que de boire des cocktails en fin de journée. L’hôtel est situé dans le quartier de Psyrri.
L’accueil est froid et pas agréable. C’est l’hôtel où l’on nous a le plus mal accueilli, aucune aide, le regard qui toise, des moqueries en grecs devant nous pendant le Check in, pas serviable du tout. La porte principale de l’hôtel est très lourde, ferme doucement et parfois pas complètement.
