Superb stay, highly recommend
Pros:

Dimitris was an outstanding greeter and checked us into our beautiful room and was so helpful with everything. I cannot believe the facilities, all the complimentary additions making our stay wonderful. The location was excellent, breakfast so delicious and value for money.

Cons:

Cannot fault it.

Really friendly team
Pros:

Centrally located hotel made very special by the team who work there. Breakfast was extremely good - cooked to order.

They are not suites, but a room.
The bed was comfortable, but struggled with the firm pillows.
Could do with a chair in the room & also rail to hang wet towels.

Pros:

We recently stayed at this hotel while celebrating my friend’s birthday, and I cannot speak highly enough of the wonderful staff. From the moment we arrived, everyone went above and beyond to make our stay special.
Before our trip, I contacted the hotel to ask if they could decorate the room for the birthday celebration, and they were incredibly helpful and accommodating. When we arrived, everything had been prepared beautifully and was exactly to my standards. It made the celebration even more memorable.
A special thank you to Dimitri, who was absolutely amazing throughout our stay. He was so friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. His recommendations for places to visit and things to do made our trip even more enjoyable.
I would also like to give a huge thank you to Katerina. The breakfast each morning was fantastic, and her warm and welcoming nature made every day start perfectly.
The level of hospitality we received was exceptional, and the staff truly made us feel at home. Thank you all for making our stay so special we can’t wait to return!

Experience Argostoli in comfort with a welcoming team.
Pros:

Very friendly helpful staff who went out of their way to make our stay memorable Breakfast menu was great. Several unexpected little gifts in room

Pool is nice feature but for a timid soul like myself was a little cold

Great hotel
Pros:

Beautiful small hotel. Feels like you are walking into a spa when you arrive.
Good sized room, big bathroom with double rain shower. Small balcony with table and 2 chairs. Coffee machine and mini fridge. Robes, slippers. Linen and towels good quality.
Daily maid service. Very clean.
Small pool is great for cooling off.
Food and staff excellent.
10 minute downhill stroll into town, uphill return, obviously!
Very nice.

Cons:

The only very minor issue we had was the TV. We wanted to watch the World Cup, but the Internet connection didn't seem to support the feed in the evenings. Which was odd, as we could watch it on the Ert app using our tablet and the hotel Internet. Only minor, wouldn't normally be watching TV on holiday!

Beautiful hotel
Pros:

This is a beautiful place to stay. Elegant design and decor. Beautifully finished bathroom and very comfortable bed. The welcome gifts are very generous as is the made to order breakfast (which was delicious) and great location. however the best part was the excellent service and great care taken by the staff. A special thank you to Dimitris for all his assistance when we needed health care and the fabulous restaurant recommendations. We will be back!

We loved this hotel! The staff are lovely, rooms are comfortable and breakfast is amazing too.

Cons:

We were in the ground floor suite and you can hear the reception next door, so this particular suite is sadly not soundproof
