Pros:

We really liked the location of the hotel. It’s peaceful, intimate and away from the more crowded parts of Santorini.

I definitely recommend renting a car. With a car, almost anywhere on the island is within 20–25 minutes.

The main pool is beautiful, with an amazing view of the caldera. The hotel itself is quite intimate, and even when it was full, it never felt crowded.

The Akrotiri Lighthouse is only about a 7-minute drive away and the sunsets there are absolutely stunning. People come from all over the island to watch and photograph them.

The black beach is about 10 minutes away by car and, in my opinion, it was a great beach.

The hotel also has a sushi restaurant, possibly the only one on the island. It’s very good, although naturally the prices are a little higher.

Right next to the hotel entrance there is a lovely small café run by two partners. Modern, relaxed, reasonably priced, with excellent coffee and freshly made cocktails. We ended up going there every day during our five-day stay.

There is a small mini-market about a 12-minute walk away. The selection is limited, but it was perfectly fine for water, snacks and basic supplies.

There are also several good restaurants nearby. We ate at a lovely family-run taverna and at another small restaurant with a fantastic view. Both had excellent food at reasonable prices.

There is a gas station at the entrance to Akrotiri and a few bakeries just a few minutes away by car. One of the main ones, Grigoris, is right near the gas station.

The service throughout our stay was excellent. A special mention goes to John (yannis) who looked after us in the mornings and through out the day. He was extremely polite, efficient and genuinely kind, and always did everything he could to make us feel at home. His warm and attentive service really added to our stay.

Overall, a great location if you prefer peace, privacy and beautiful views rather than staying in the busiest tourist areas.

Cons:

One minor issue was that, for some reason, there were some ants in one specific area of the shower during the night. It didn’t really bother me, but it may be something that other guests would find annoying.

Also, only one of the jets in the private hot tub in our room was working. Again, this didn’t bother me too much, as the one working jet was strong and effective enough, but it’s something that could be improved.

Cons:

Da migliora la pulizia della camera e l’utilizzo dell’idromassaggio. Dato il prezzo piuttosto elevato della camera che include la colazione, sarebbe gradito concedere agli ospiti che devono partire presto una colazione adeguata a quanto pagato e non un semplice sandwich prosciutto e formaggio. Da migliorare anche la comunicazione tra lo staff

​Ayant séjourné dans deux établissements à Santorin lors de notre séjour ,le premier à Imerovigli et le second au Divino Caldera ,nous avons pu comparer directement les deux prestations. Malgré un prix plus élevé que le premier hôtel, la prestation s'est révélée nettement inférieure. Voici notre avis détaillé pour expliquer cette note de 6/10
​Les points positifs
​Cadre et chambres : Un bel établissement au style balinais, offrant de grands espaces, une literie très confortable ainsi que des équipements récents et de qualité.
​Personnel : La réceptionniste tout comme le serveur/plagiste sont professionnels, souriants et aux petits soins.
​Piscine : Très agréable, chauffée, avec une belle vue sur la caldeira et un fond sonore très sympathique.

Cons:

​Les points négatifs
​Prestation globale hors standards 5 étoiles : Serviettes de piscine vieillissantes et absence des attentions habituelles attendues à ce niveau de prix (pas de peignoirs, pas de chaussons, produits d'accueil et kits de toilette minimalistes).
​Sous-effectif flagrant : Une seule personne à la réception et un seul serveur gérant à la fois le restaurant et la piscine. Malgré toute leur bonne volonté, le personnel se retrouve vite dépassé et le service en pâtit.
​Petit-déjeuner décevant : Proposé sous forme de brunch à la carte avec un choix très restreint. Comptez 45 minutes d'attente pour être servis en raison du manque de personnel, ce qui rallonge inutilement le repas à plus d'une heure. Un buffet en libre-service de qualité serait bien plus fluide et adapté.
​Localisation isolée : L'hôtel se situe tout au sud de l'île, loin du cœur de l'animation (Oia, Fira, Imerovigli). Bien qu'il offre une vue sur la caldeira, l'environnement direct manque de commodités. Pour s'éloigner de la foule, un pied-à-terre vers Kamari reste un choix bien plus pratique.

Pros:

The property was beautiful, just like the pictures. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and welcoming every day. Very clean and tidy and food was very good. We very much enjoyed our stay.
Location: we enjoyed it as it was quiet and beautiful views but is a little out the way of main tourist areas such as Fira and Oia and taxis are expensive.

Très bel hôtel ambiance bohème chic
Pros:

Très bel hôtel dans un style très Ibiza, très beau choix de mobilier branché et décoration soignée façon Ibiza. Jolie vue de la piscine et très joli bar et restaurant. On a adoré les bed autour de la piscine et la playlist de l'après-midi tout est fait pour chiller. La chambre est spacieuse, très joliment décorée, on a adoré le mobilier en béton et la douche était incroyable aussi.Le jacuzzi en terrasse était la cerise sur le gâteau.L'hôtel est un peu en retrait des endroits touristiques il faut être véhiculé, nous étions en scooter.

Cons:

Le jacuzzi de la chambre n'était pas très en forme, une seule buse fonctionnait. Le petit-déjeuner il ne faut pas être pressé, c'est très long pour être servi et deux jours de suite pas de jus d’oranges disponible. Par contre de jolies propositions de plats sucrés et salés, dommage de ne pas y trouver juste du pain et confiture ou des viennoiseries quand on est pas friand de crêpes et gaufres le matin.Petit bémol attention le matin il n'y a pas de coin d'ombre pour déjeuner toutes les tables sont en plein soleil ! Nous n'avons pas testé le restaurant, le concept d'asian food ne nous a pas séduit, nous allons en Grèce pour manger local pas des sushis du coup on a testé des restaurants dans les villages à côté, c'est dommage.

Pros:

Hotel muy bien cuidado (reformado recientemente). El servicio fantástico, sobre todo Ioannis y Markella que han sido muy simpaticos y nos han ayudado mucho con diversas gestiones (p.ej. alquiler del coche, reservas de restaurantes, itinerario, etc).
