Don’t think twice! Stay at the Theta Boutique Hoyel!
Pros:

Everything was brand new. Location was perfect. Beds were comfortable. And the staff at the hotel was very kind. They made us feel at home! Thank you Spiros and Irene for all the valuable tips and for making our staying so special!

Lovely hotel, best location in Chania!
Pros:

Location perfect, beach on one side of the hotel and the Old City on the other. The restaurants to the sea side of the hotel are where the locals eat, lovely food. Hotel is very well kept, super helpful staff, great breakfast.

Exceptional!
Pros:

We had a fantastic stay at Theta Boutique Hotel. The room was very comfortable, spotless, and had everything we needed, while the location was perfect- just a short walk to the Venetian Old Port and the Old Town, with convenient parking nearby. What truly made our stay exceptional, however, was the incredible hospitality of the owners, Spyros and Irene. They went above and beyond at every opportunity, from arranging reservations and sharing excellent local recommendations to making us feel genuinely welcome throughout our visit. Their warmth and kindness made our trip truly memorable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would return without hesitation. Highly recommended!

Εξαιρετικο boutique ξενοδοχειο στην εισοδο του τειχους της παλιας πολης Κουμ Καπι. 5 λεπτα με τα ποδια απο τη παλια πολη και σχετικα ευκολο παρκινγκ . Τα δωματια προσφατα ανακαινισμενα εξαιρετικα εξοπλισμενα για city break. Οι ανθρωποι του ξενοδοχειου καταπληκτικοι.

A fabulous place to stay on this amazing island!
Pros:

We loved everything about this Hotel!!! The family that owns it is so hospitable and went above and beyond to help us have a perfect trip! The hotel is in the perfect location. It is within easy walking distance of all of the great places to visit in Chania. The sunset’s were absolutely stunning!! Off of our balcony we got a perfect view of the sunset every night.

I honestly can’t think of one thing I did not like about this hotel!

Frühstück war 6x das gleiche ohne Abwechslung.
Eierspeisen und Speck waren jeden Morgen kalt.
Das frühstücksbuffet hat sehr viel Potential nach oben für den Übernachtungspreis…

Bettlaken wurde 5 Tage nicht gewechselt obwohl es offensichtlich schmutzig jeden Tag auf dem Bett lag.
Im Zimmer wurde kein Staubsauger verwendet während dem Aufenthalt…

Excellente expérience de A à Z!
Pros:

L'accueil était exceptionnel, que ce soit les femmes de ménage ou le personnel à la réception, tout le monde a été adorable. La réceptionniste nous a donné d'excellentes adresses pour aller dîner. L'hôtel est moderne et propre. La chambre était impeccable, spacieuse et confortable. La localisation de l'hôtel est parfaite, à proximité de tout mais assez à l'écart pour être au calme.

We wanted a small, quiet hotel with an ocean view. This hotel exceeded our expectation.

Tolles Unterkunft in direkter Nähe zur Altstadt
Pros:

Super freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Auf Wünsche wurde wurde sofort eingegangen.
Das Bett und die Dusche waren herausragend.
Aber auch das Zimmer war sehr gut ausgestattet.
Jeden Tag gab es zwei Wasserflaschen und neue Kaffeepads.

Cons:

Das Frühstück hätte etwas abwechslungsreicher sein können. Für mich persönlich war aber alles da.
