Pros:

What a warm welcome right from the time of making the booking! The location is perfect being in easy access of the old port and also a good (but limited) town beach. We didnt get a room with a view but we got a jacuzzi and a fantastically comfortable bed. The breakfast had real orange juice and home made pastries by Mum. Eirini was super friendly and helpful with advice and dinner reservations etc and turned what would have been a good stay into a memorably excellent one. Thank you. I would definitely stay again without hesitation.

An amazing stay with a perfect location, delicious breakfast, spotless rooms, and truly wonderful staff!
Pros:

We absolutely loved our stay! The hotel was spotless, in a fantastic location, and the breakfast was delicious. Everyone working there was so friendly and helpful. Irene was truly amazing and helped us with everything we needed. The entire property was kept incredibly clean, and we felt very comfortable throughout our stay!

Cons:

Honestly, there was nothing we didn’t like. Everything was wonderful!

The location was perfect. The old port and all shops are within walking distance and free parking right outside the hotel. It was clean well maintained and very tastefully decorated. We had an in room jacuzzi!

Best place to stay in Chania. The view itself is fantastic. This is the go to hotel in Chania without any hesitation!
Pros:

The location is exceptional. Very close to all amazing sites in Chania. The room is fascinating. I literally said wow when i saw the room and services, even car parking is very nearby. This is a 7 star hotel. The hotel has an amazing story and the owner is very passionate about it.

100% recommended to stay!
Pros:

The experience was amazing from start to end. We arrived late at night around 2:00 and Spyros was there to welcome us with a smile regardless of the hour! The room was fantastic and what counts more for me it has an amazing bed. Everything was super clean with all amenities you need. The staff at breakfast was super and the food was freshly made. We got amazing tips from Eirini as to where to drive to to find the perfect beach bars and food recommendations. I 100% recommend Theta Boutique Hotel.

Cons:

This is not something I didn't like but as a recommendation, if you are renting a car to get there, due to its amazing position right next to the port and city center, during weekends especially, finding parking can be hard. There is ample parking during the day but during the night everyone wants to go to the port area so parking fills up fast.
