Die Lage, die Ausstattung und das Personal waren super.
Der Kaffee lässt wünsche übrig, ansonsten war das Frühstücksbuffet in Ordnung.

L’hôtel était très bien situé, avec un agencement moderne et des prestations de qualité. L’équipe était vraiment très sympathique, à l’écoute et avenante. Il y a un parking à côté de l’hôtel ce qui est très pratique.
Le seul point négatif est qu’il n’y ait pas de café sur place pour le petit déjeuner. Une offre de proximité existe toutefois, ce qui compense, même si cela revient un peu cher.
Perfect in every way. Irene and Spiros were very warm, helpful, attentive to every detail! My room on the third floor was spacious and a spectacular view! Clean, comfortable and the hosts really go the extra mile to make you feel at home.
Housekeeping staff also awesome and friendly.
Many helpful recommendations for restaurants and excursions to do in the area as well. Bravo!

Frühstücken durften wir im Restaurant Salis am Hafen, mit tollen Blick und ebenfalls sehr aufmerksamen Service, da der Frühstücksraum noch nicht fertig war.
Parkplatz direkt vorm Haus, aber mit einem etwas größeren Auto wird das Einparken schnell herausfordernd. Der Parkplatz ist eng und meistens voll.
Clean, good quiet location near the sea and on the edge of the old town, right next to the big free car park. Staff very helpful and welcoming.

The property was just as described and we had a beautiful room overlooking the sea with jacuzzi bath and every facility that we needed. All lovely and clean on arrival and was cleaned to a high standard daily.
Spiros and Irene ran the hotel and were absolutely the best hosts .. we needed to see a doctor and Irene organised that, she also organised any excursion that we wanted to go on . We had our wedding anniversary there and there was a bottle of wine in the room with balloons and a card. My I phone charger broke and immediately Spiros gave me one to use that was the hotels . They absolutely made our holiday as nothing was too much trouble for them .

Such a fantastic location--just steps around the corner (around the old Venetian wall) from the main old town center of chania, and yet there's a great cove/neighborhood feel right next to the hotel-- we esp love the cafe/restaurant 'The Monkey' with great service, good & coffee. Rooms are modern, comfortable and clean.
Part of the hotel is being renovated. Spiros and Irene were the best hosts and they made up for any inconvenience with their wonderful hospitality.
Theta Boutique Hotel is an incredibly convenient, clean and comfortable location for exploring Chania and Western Crete! The warm, friendly welcome and support from the staff team is truly exceptional. Free parking opposite the hotel is very helpful if you have a hire car as we did.
It will be lovely to see the ground floor reception area complete. The team offer an inspired solution by offering breakfast at a nearby restaurant with a lovely view of the inner harbour
Location was excellent within easy walking distance to the heart of the old town and right on the water. Room was very spacious, very clean and very comfortable. While the hotel's breakfast area was undergoing renovation we were provided breakfast at the Little Monkey which was right around the corner. Excellent food and service. There was ample free parking on the street and in two large lots across from the hotel. Be aware that if you are arriving between 1900 and about 2200 the lots will be crowded as many park there to go to the old city. Parking during the day was not an issue. We had a great experience and found all of the staff to be friendly, helpful and focused on making our stay enjoyable. Highly recommended!
ausgesprochen gut, die Lage war sehr zentral und die Hilfe durch Ihre Angestelltin. Irene war freundlich und nett.
Der Aufzug war außer Betrieb. Der Empfang war noch nicht fertig.
Sehr freundliches Personal, Gratis Wein und Wasser zum Empfang, sehr helles neues Zimmer, Dusche mit sehr ordentlichem Wasserdruck, gutes Bett, Kühlschrank, helles Licht und ausreichend Steckdosen, und natürlich die unmittelbare Nähe zur Altstadt. Einen kostenlosen Parkplatz direkt daneben haben wir auch immer gefunden.
Kein größerer geschlossener Schrank, insgesamt etwas wenig Ablagefläche, kalte Eisenstühle auf dem Balkon. Aber das ist Jammern auf sehr hohem Niveau...
