The swimming pools are heated during the periods of 10th of March to 1st of April and 20th of October to 20th of November at a temperature of 22 to 26 degrees CelsiusGuests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Hotel was clean and beautiful! The room we stayed in was absolutely gorgeous and the views were spectacular. Staff was incredible and on our wedding day they were so helpful, which took the stress away. I couldn’t ask for better place to spend our wedding week and we were also given a complimentary floating breakfast 🤍 food was great, we had good service from the restaurant one evening and everything was fresh and delicious! So if you haven’t booked yet, don’t hesitate.

I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Bruna, the receptionist, was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist me with everything I needed. She always greeted me with a smile and made me feel truly welcome.
A special thank you to the hotel manager as well — such an amazing, thoughtful and considerate person. His kindness and attention to detail really made our stay even more special.

I booked a room with a hot jacuzzi, but honestly expected it to be warmer than 25°C. Unfortunately, the weather wasn’t great during my stay, so I didn’t get to enjoy it as much as I had hoped.
Nevertheless, the hotel is amazing, and I will definitely come back!

Nella mia camera l'accesso alla jacuzzi, posta sul terrazzo della stanza, presentava un accesso estremamente difficoltoso.

The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room and all other areas of the hotel were clean and well maintained. We also appreciated the fact that a bottle of water was replenished daily after housekeeping. The infinity pool is beautiful and offers a stunning view, and we also enjoyed the wonderful view from the apartment where we stayed.
We came to Santorini for our wedding and to celebrate this special time. Unfortunately, the room did not have a proper, tall wardrobe where a wedding dress could be safely hung. There were only hangers and a small recess in the wall, which was not large enough for a long wedding dress. We were also surprised that the hotel did not offer even a small gesture to acknowledge such a special occasion, especially as the hotel had been informed in advance that we were travelling there for our wedding. We travel extensively and have always appreciated the thoughtful touches that hotels often provide to make special moments even more memorable. We are not referring to anything expensive or extravagant - even a small surprise or kind gesture can make guests feel special, create lasting memories and encourage them to return. Unfortunately, we felt that these personal touches were missing. The service, particularly during breakfast, was disappointing and far below the standard expected from a five-star hotel. The waitress responsible for the breakfast service often appeared inattentive. We had to wait for a menu even when she was standing nearby and looking at her phone. After receiving the menu, we sometimes had to approach the bar ourselves to place an order, as she did not come to the table. In the evenings, the hotel restaurant was often chaotic. There were many outside guests, and the staff seemed unable to keep up with the demand. We had to wait a long time to receive a menu, for our food to arrive, and later to pay the bill.

Amazing place, feels like heaven! So soo clean, AMAZING views! Very friendly people and amazing food. Best hotel we have ever stayed at especially to relax!!
L’architettura era veramente bellissima
Ci è stato detto chiaramente al check-in che non era consentito fumare all’interno della struttura, ad eccezione del balcone privato della propria camera. Purtroppo, però, la realtà è stata ben diversa: praticamente tutti fumavano continuamente a bordo piscina e persino sulla terrazza dove veniva servita la colazione. La cosa che mi ha sorpreso maggiormente è stata vedere i camerieri fornire direttamente i posacenere ai vari fumatori, nonostante il divieto.
Un secondo aspetto negativo riguarda la temperatura dell’acqua. Quella della piscina era davvero troppo fredda, al punto che era praticamente impossibile rimanere in acqua per più di cinque minuti. Anche la piscina riscaldata privata della nostra camera aveva un’acqua decisamente troppo fredda per poterla utilizzare comodamente, soprattutto di notte.
The hotel is beautiful and located in a quiet village with views overlooking the island. There is a buffet breakfast with hot options such as pancakes and eggs available.
The music beside the infinity pool and lounge area was too loud and took away from the tranquility of the natural surroundings. Other than that, our stay was perfect

The location is great, just a few minutes to Pygros by walk. The ladies in the reception were always cheerful and took care of all of our requests. We loved our plunge pool.
