The swimming pools are heated during the periods of 10th of March to 1st of April and 20th of October to 20th of November at a temperature of 22 to 26 degrees CelsiusGuests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

We had a fabulous 10 night stay at Elessa. Our experience was perfect from start to finish, from the warming welcome when we arrived to when we checked out. The team were very helpful with giving us recommendations and helping with booking excursions and making restaurant reservations. They were always at hand if we needed anything, which is something we were grateful for as it was our first time visiting Santorini. The facilities and view at the hotel were fantastic, it was like a postcard. The team could not have done anything differently, their hospitality was flawless and we really appreciated their efforts and charm. Thank you, thank you, thank you to everyone who is involved with the hotel! We will be back :)

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la qualité de l’accueil et la disponibilité de toute votre équipe (Maria, Nathalie, Yanis et sa femme, les serveurs, les chefs en cuisine, femmes de ménage et pisciniste), qui a été aux petits soins tout au long de notre séjour. Leur écoute, leur professionnalisme et leur attention aux détails ont largement contribué à rendre notre expérience des plus agréables.
L’hôtel bénéficie également d’un emplacement idéal, parfaitement situé, offrant un cadre exceptionnel entre ciel, mer et terre. C’est un véritable lieu de ressourcement, propice au repos et à la détente (à 3' à pieds du centre du village, 10' en quad de Fira, 15' en quad de l'aéroport, 30' en quad de Oia).
Nous avons également été très satisfaits par la qualité des prestations proposées : des services haut de gamme, complets et parfaitement en adéquation avec la description faite. Tout est conforme, voire au-delà de nos attentes, tant en termes de confort que de commodités (chambres, équipements, petit dej, parking, wifi ...).
En résumé, il s’agit d’un établissement que nous recommandons sans hésitation, tant pour la qualité de ses services que pour son positionnement et son cadre unique
Si nous devions relever un point, il s’agirait de la présence de quelques mouches et moucherons morts près des fenêtres. Toutefois, étant situés en pleine nature, à proximité de la montagne, cela nous semble tout à fait normal.
Concernant la piscine, elle a mis un peu de temps à chauffer, ce qui nous a empêchés d’en profiter pleinement. Cependant, lors de périodes plus chaudes, elle doit sans doute être parfaitement agréable à température ambiante.
Il s’agit vraiment de détails mineurs qui n’ont pas impacté la qualité globale de notre séjour.

the staff was so amazing, the room was even better than on the pictures, the hotelpool was stunning, i first wasnt sure about the private pool being heated but it turned out to be so enjoyable we used to read in the pool in the morning. Maria is the kindest and most accommodating receptionist i have ever met!
All the staff were very professional, informative and helpful. Lots of recommendations within walking distance for dinner which was lovely.

The hotel is so lovely! Beautiful accomodation, amazing breakfast - we loved it! The pool is realy big, and has great view, it was not that crowded. The guys that are serving the breakfast are so nice and polite, the owner of hotel and his wife also amazing people. The hot tub in our room was also great, the bed is comfortable - so we loved the stay here and would come again !
Everything was good, but you have to have a car to get there definitely and also maybe the lights in bathroom could have been more better.

The staff at Elessa were exceptional. Maria at the front desk was incredibly attentive from the moment we booked our stay up until we left. Our server at the restaurant was incredibly timely, kind, and attentive. He remembered how we took out coffee each day! All around a fantastic get-away. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to get away and relax in a beautiful area.
My only suggestion would be to have more water available in the room.

Завтрак по меню выше всяких похвал на уровне лучших ресторанов острова.У нас была машина поэтому до всех достопримечательностей добирались без проблем.
В номере бассейн с водой 28 градусов поэтому даже в октябре купаться в нем было комфортно.
